There was a person with massive claustrophobia when I was taking classes for my driver's license. The classroom was small, but there were like 5 people in there. Still, the person got extremely hyperventilative and couldn't stop until we opened all the windows and the door. I imagine they also had to drive with the windows open all the time, poor thing.

I’ve listened to a lot of stories of people getting stuck while doing this and rescuers being unable to get them out. When the person stuck eventually dies they don’t retrieve the body, they leave it there and wall/close off the area they died in.
