I totally agree. The week before that dance the judges had laid down a challenge to all the pros for the following week. The challenge was to do something or somethings in their dance routines that had never been done before and they did just what they were told to do. The jumped on the trampolines, they fell into the orchestra pit, and they broke hold in the quickstep. Should have been 10's all around.

@@shawnalocke8486 He did not break the rules. The week before the judges challenge to the pros for the next weeks dances was to do something or somethings that had never been done before. Breaking hold in the quickstep qualifies as something that had never been done before. There were enough quickstep elements in their quickstep that it was obvious it was a quickstep.

Watching that at home, I remember the expressions on the audiences faces after that routine. They were ALL in shock!! I was as well-lol. I replied to a couple of comments below about how much I loved watching Shawn Johnson and you dance together. Since I have been watching Shawn and Andrews channel for a long time, Andrew loves it when she wears dresses and has shared how much he loves her. Since I'm in the hospital most of the time, I haven't watched an entire season, but I did catch most of the season with Shawn and I watched all of the season with Bindi. I have a couple of auto-immune diseases and I'm in the hospital most of the time. if I can find the channel on the TV in my rooms, I will watch what I can. With Bindi's season, a nurse always came into the room to let me know the show was coming on soon and she would pop into the room to see how you and Bindi was doing. The whole season with her I was in the hospital and you both made my hospital stay a lot better. I live in St. George, Utah and thankfully at the IHC hospitals they have the same channels that I have. If I'm admitted to our local hospital or if they have to transfer me to Salt Lake or the Murry Heart and Lung Institute, I can watch the show if I'm alert and not in a coma. When it was announced that Steve Irwin died and then I watched the strength that Terry and Bindi showed during his service, I was in tears and blown away. I loved it when she came on the show and in my opinion, she was genuine and it seemed like it was a time of healing for her and at the same time for the world. For those who watched the memorial service and what happened, for myself, it did my heart good to seeing her find happiness and love. I won't ever forget the Footprints in the Sand dance. I'm going to go back and re-watch that. I know I will be in tears since i have always been when re-watching it. When the dancers and the audience was watching it in real time. I doubt there was a dry eye in the audience.
