I do so agree with you; such a beautiful, haunting song! This is my favourite performance from the wonderful Digital Concert he put online in January 2021, but for some reason he didn't release it until now; I don't know why ....(I also love the official video, but prefer this one).

This concert version of Ómir Óter was the premiere of the song, but Dimash released the MV first. This performance is even more powerful and beautiful than the MV. For some reason I feel that Dimash sings here as himself, not as the character of the song, as usual. It's something in his face and his posture at the end that hits me. Humilité, respect, responsabilité, honneur, sincérité, honnêteté, droiture, justice, empathie, compassion,... sont tant de valeurs et qualités qui trouvent leur source dans une éducation islamique aux fondations les plus solides, et qui procurent à Dimash une forte identité et une volonté prononcée, un fort sens de gratitude et d'ancrage..., tant de valeurs qui sont tout à l'opposé des matérialisme, libéralisme, superficialité, hypocrisie et décadence morale, promus par les médias mainstream et le show-business en général. Je peux imaginer, comme si je le ressentais moi-même, le combat intérieur (jihaad) quasiment constant, que doit vivre Dimash, confronté qu'il est, face à cette brutale réalité... J'éspère qu'il est bien conscient d'être désormais exposé, et en même temps, au centre d'un véritable combat entre le Bien et le Mal, qu'il saura prendre les bonnes décisions, sans jamais se soumettre... Que Dieu nous guide tous.
