The craziest thing I have in my notes app is like 100+ different notes, in their own folder, of metaphysical poetry that I used to write every time I smoked weed for like a year and a half right after it was legalized. I wrote so much crazy, vivid shit. Sometimes, I would just describe a scene in my head, analyze a sunset, listen to an album and explain how it made me feel, and existential/philosophical theories. If I was in social situation, like Christmas with the family, I would explore themes in their coversations or unspoken tensions with the different dynamics, holiday expectations etc. I haven't gone back and read it in like 3+ years, but, man, some of it was really out there.

A friend of mine did a similar performance art thing to the stenographer so it could definitely work in that territory haha. She was in the exhibit with her laptop plugged into a projector and she wrote every single thought she had. She has ADHD and those thoughts be zoomin, and she was definitely taking breaks to have a beer now and then. Art students are great, loved their parties.

I used to quote every funny thing I heard people say in my notes app (I still quote friends sometimes but less often) One of my favorites that I think about a lot is from a girl I barely knew who, in the middle of a conversation that was very clearly about pocket lint, went "Isnt lint a religious thing?"
