You can't find a live version because there isn't one. The method of choosing the Eurovision representative of Israel is with a reality show called "The Rising Star", and the Eurovision song is written especially for the winner, after she/he won. So actually, the Semi-finale will be the first live preforemance of this song. Which is kind of cool.
