EXO are considered as vocal kings. They're more towards R&B. They debut in 2012. All members are vocalists including their rappers. They have 9 members (Suho, Xiumin, Lay, Baekhyun, Chanyeol, Chen, D.O., Kai and Sehun) but 1 is in China and can't perform with them since late 2017 due to political issues between China and South Korea. His name is Lay and is one of the most famous celeb in China as he is concentrating on solo career. He's still part of EXO. In Obsession you see them only 6 members because 2 enlisted in the military. They're on hiatus now and will release solo/duo albums for duration until they all enlist. 4 members have very successful solo albums: Baekhyun, Suho, Lay and Chen. They have 2 sub-units: EXO SC and EXO CBX. Both are very successful.

I have a feeling people will mention Chen and Baekhyun a lot. But the one you said had your favourite voice in Loveshot (he's my favourite too) is D.O (Real name is Do Kyungsoo). He isn't in Obsession cause he's currently serving in the military. His voice just does things to you? I can't explain it. It's so smooth and warm and comforting and soulful? Ughh. And the way he sings is so effortless. He just releases notes like it's a walk in the park. You should check out live performances from them if you ever feel like it, and maybe some solo stuff from D.O 😊

Yes. I think EXO is really not your typical kind of boy group. And most of their fans are in 20's or 30's. They also have younger fans but most of the people I know are not minor anymore 😂. They are a total package. They can sing, dance, write songs (almost all them), act and some of them are even ambassadors/muse of many famous brands like Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Valentino, Dior, etc. It's no wonder they can sold out 1M albums easily since most of their fans are already working.

The vocalist you liked at 1:24 is Chen (real name Kim Jondgae). In the second video, he is both the one with black curly hair who did the high note at 10:20 and also the one with gelled black hair in the red suit at 11:59 and 12:01. (All members had 2 personas in that video.) He is known as the vocalist in the group with the widest supported range (he is most known in kpop for his crazy high notes, but in fact his lower register is probably the best in kpop LOL) and he is one of kpop's top vocalist. Not only is his technique really great, but vocal coaches often praise him for being a very dynamic singer. If you check out his ballad "Beautiful Goodbye" (also his first solo release) you will definitely get a sense of that. His discography includes ballads, rock songs, and many other genres. (His stage presence and performance for both rock and ballad is crazy good.) He is also a successful solo singer since 2019 with two albums. He recently enlisted in the military for the next 18 months, and he dropped the single "Hello" as a present to fans before going away. So I definitely recommend you check out both "Beautiful Goodbye" mv and "Hello" mv in one reaction video! (Make sure to have CC subs on!) It would be a really great introduction to Chen for you :). He also has a youtube channel called CHEN where he uploads live studio recordings of covers or of his own songs. I recommend his song "Cherry Blossom Love Song" which is uploaded in his channel, or the covers "Breath" and "All of My Life" also on his channel. To answer your question about the group, Exo has been around since 2012 and the members' average age is now in the upper 20s. Their fanbase has aged with them so a lot of us are also in our mid 20s, upper 20s, even 30s! Though they certainly have a many younger fans. Their style is hard to pinpoint because they always come out with something different. But what is definitely consistent is that their songs emphasize strong vocals due to having 3 very good main vocalists (Chen, D.O., Baekhyun). Songs usually highlight their vocal abilities in the bridge or chorus and with ad libs. You should absolutely check out their lives! They are even better than the studio versions.

EXO debuted in 2012 april 8th with 12 members 3 of them left in 2014/2015 and sicne then EXO is a 9 membr boy group 4 of them in military right now (2 of them already will be back in this december/january) the oldest member born in 1990 and the youngest in 1994 EXO always had and have that R&B sound in their songs but also they are so versatile. They can do literally anything. in every comeback they are doing something new and yet they always have that harmonies in the background and their insane vocals. 6:54 The singer who does the sliding falsetto is Kyungsoo, (D.O.), he also does the quick run (in falsetto) right after, then meshing with him is Baekhyun sing “it’s the love shot” with a quick run at ‘shot’. I recommend you check from the last to the newest videos, you'll see a lot if changes like the members. They started as 12 nowadays they are 9 but only 8 are active as group bc the chinese one is focused on his things as an artist while the problem between Korea and China get fix. At this moment there are only 4 members active due to 4 are on the military service.
