@Kazandra Brock I was told that after Geoff wrote and recorded this song, he had Kathy listen to it, then asked her if he should do a different song for Christmas because he felt this was too dark and epic for a Christmas Song and he was afraid that his fans, listeners, and viewers would be turned off by how not Christmas this arrangement is. Kathy's response was, "No. Release this one." And, once again, The Internet owes Kathy Castellucci a great debt that can never be repaid.

Y'all are having TOO much fun! I admit to having the exact same kind of reaction to Geoff! LOL But seriously, this may be my favorite Geoff song yet. They should rename it Thunder of the Bells when he does it! To me, his version sounds like an epic war anthem, and considering that it's Ukrainian, that seems entirely apropos as it sounds like he's encouraging a flagging army besieged by Russian forces with his thunderous majestic voice. He is %1000 the whole package here!
