I really wish they had put j-hope on some type of dancing show when they were still rookies. He has such a passion and skill in dancing that the general public weren’t even aware of until Chicken Noodle Soup. I think he could even judge dance shows these days. He know all of the moves and would be great at dissecting the techniques

Hobi’s relationship amongst the members is very admirable. He acknowledges all of his members Bday greetings for him & posted it in his igstories, even tagging them.. so sweet😭…. I love him too for being the VAULT (photo gallery supremacy) of all hidden BTS’s pictures. He is the most active in Instagram and i love his aesthetic feed. Love u Jhope!! Happy Birthday Sunshine!!!

Even being in a popular group, I think Jhope's real abilities and skills are overlooked by majority, both on his group's fandom and the general public. I might get hate for stating this, but in my honest opinion, when it comes to overall technique, there's actually a noticeable margin between him and the rest of their dance line. With the way he executes movements in any dance, it reflects that he knows so many fundamentals, variations, flavorings from different dance techniques and styles, and he has the ability to apply it in a creative way and with full control. Not all main dancers possessed such. He is a dancer with a technical skill set that is very hard to match.

Fr, the group is just a waste of his talent, when I saw his solo songs, stage, focuses! I knew he he has so much talent to show the world but the group doesn't give him that opportunity most the time, bighit let jhope shine and stop wasting his talent.

Jhope's technique is centered on fluidity, groove and smoothness. This trio is very ideal for a dancer's technique to be centered on, as these possessed distinct dance characteristics that can help a dancer to do unique and high level variations in their movements. A dancer with this technique combination will have no hindrance in dancing, whether it be control of energy, movement flavorings, technique adaptations, unique executions. It is all in there. Fluidity is a dancer's ability to move like water. It relates to a technique of moving very light and soft with less tensions. A common phrase people describe this is "dancing without bones". Groove is effectively coordinating body areas to create fun executions. This is commonly executed with bouncy, playful movements to create enjoyment in overall movements. Most people misunderstand this technique as "messy", who know absolutely nothing about how grooves work. Smoothness in technique is very rare in the idolworld. It is a dancer's ability to connect every movement with clarity and soft flows, but with a very controlled and clean dynamics. Smooth dancers also have a completely honed isolation skills. Jhope possesses all of these.

Agree, Hobie gets the hardest most intricate choreo. You know when you see 3J front and center you in for some good good stuff. JHope is top intricate dancer, JK is sharp power dancer and Jimin is smooth, sensual dancer.....3J is pure gold!

Believe it or not, sometimes the choreographer doesn't even know who the choreography is for as a band! I saw a choreographer who had done one of their chores talking about it. He'd done the job, then months later he saw a video of them and went, "Whoa, wait, THAT'S wh this was for?!"

@@dinadanefari3283 Sure! Look up the video "Dancers React to BTS Jimin's Dancing (pt 2) ft Brian Puspos" (I know, the video title is huge...). The whole video is enjoyable, but there are several relevant timestamps. 0:26 - Brian tells us that he choreographed Serendipity and Butterfly 19:07 - When Butterfly comes on, Brian says that was his first time working with BTS 19:50 - Brian tells the story of being given the song, but not knowing who it was. Then a year later he was looking at some BTS performances and saw them doing Butterfly. I really enjoyed the video... I hope you do too!
