Kard is sooooo underrated that it’s actually kind of annoying. They have some amazing songs and they’re pretty big internationally, especially in South America, which is probably why a lot of their title tracks have that reggaeton influence to them. I don’t think they’ve even won a music show award yet 🤧🤧 but I’m glad that they have a new fan and that you’re using your channel to give them some exposure!

If you want to know how their music style was like in the beginning of their career, please listen to their pre-debut project singles 'Oh NaNa', 'Don't Recall' and and Rumor'. Then try out their title tracks (after debuting) called 'Hola Hola', 'You In Me', 'Ride on the Wind' and also 'Dumb Litty' (I think this was after 'Bomb Bomb' was released). KARD's earlier sound was heavily influenced by diverse musical styles and genres such as reggae, tropical house, moombahton, EDM, dancehall and of course K-pop. Imho, I think their music style changed slowly once they debuted which is great too because it means they're exploring other musical styles/genres (purely an observation from me). There were some people who complained that their earlier songs sounded too similar, but to me, that's just because they've made it become their signature KARD sound. Tbh all their songs are major bops so I'm not complaining as long as I get any KARD content :D

I knew you'd love them! About the EDM bit. Its like you said. They switch up and always bring a mixture of styles. Looking at their discography, yes there are quite some EDM influences but there are actualy even more Latin and Hiphop influences in their songs. Largely because of this they have a larger fanbase in Latin America than in Korea, where they are very underated. They've even done full Spanish (Mi Gente & Taki Taki) and Portugese covers (Pesadao) for their Latin fans. From their tital tracks Dumb Litty is quite EDM heavy, but with a big Hiphop influence. This one I' wouldnt be sure of it's up you ally, but since you love Red Moon. To me the beat has a similar feel as the drop of Red Moon, just a bit less of a drastic switch up. The beat is heavier throughout the song. Also Hola Hola and Ride On The Wind have a bit of an EDM drop, but these are summerbobs so they are a lot lighter. Ive seen plenty of people tell you, who is who, so I won't. I'll just say if Jiwoo is indeed gone be your bias, we have the same one. She's my ult female bias alongside Hwasa. If you talk about a deep female voice, you should hear her talk. Her voice is as deep as Moonyul's if not deeper. For now I'll spare you her solo stuf and perfomances on the show Good Girl, I barely survived those. Their choreographies are realy something else. Its rare in kpop to see male and female idols dancing together, especially in hard hitting choreographies that actualy fit both genders. They have a couple of songs to whitch they released dance verions and no MV. I recommend reacting to one of those. Knocking On My Heavens door is great and is shows a different side of Kard. This song has an R&B feel. Although propably my favorite dance video is Taki Taki. They have a dance practice to their own cover of this song and it gives you a chance to hear rapper Jiwoo. You only had a snipped in Red Moon, where she used a higher pitch than usual. There is so much to see. They have even done sub unit stuf and solo performances at their concerts, but I think thats stuf for later. Sorry for the long comment. I just get passioned about them since they're still underrated.
