I didn’t have a specific diet and work out routine unfortunately. I just ate clean and worked out whenever I could because I had only 2.5-3 weeks to prepare ❤️

Hey there Christina. I'm so disheartened to know that you went through all of that :/ the system here needs a total revamp. On the topic of height though...the major international pageants themselves dont specify a height requirement so why does the national pageant here require one? Even Demi-Leigh who won that year when you took part if I'm not mistaken is quite short as well, yes ?

I completely agree with you and I was all in to be there and help the new girls get to the next level and just help the organization as a whole but when I was treated that way I just didn’t want any part of it anymore. I think the height requirement is unnecessary. I think they have strict rules here hoping the contest would stand out on the international stage.
