13:18 Chenle's vocals doesn't get to be always talk about by nctzens and that's a problem. He's always just the 'rich boy' in NCT 🤡 when in fact, he could be a star on his own even without joining NCT. At age 9, he was the youngest singer in the world to be invited to sing at the Golden Hall of Vienna with a solo performance. As a kid, he already held a concert and has fans. So yes, he doesn't get credit enough with how talented he is.

I’d disagree and say he does stand out in Dream’s vocal line. When people say he doesn’t stand out as much, they’re are usually 100% talking about his lack of high notes. High notes aren’t everything and I wish kpop fans would stop being so obsessed with them. They are not the epitome of being a good vocalist. Comments like this come off very backhanded. Sorry for going on a rant 😩

Chenle's a child prodigy and child ambassador for China in international cultural and music festival. He can play piano since he's a small kid, also clasically trained in vocal so he's already had great vocal and breathing technique prior to join SM as trainee. He can do hard choreo then still able to sing flawlessly and effortlessly. He was also a child star in China, often perform on stage singing while playing the grand piano, even in foreign language e.g. English. A pianist, songwriter, and producer Ezekiel Elkin was so impressed by him so he wrote and composed a song in Spanish exclusively for Chenle when Chenle's only 12.

ironically, for being the youngest, both jisung and chenle have the most performance experience out of anyone in Dream! Chenle was actually a child star (and I'm talking singing, not a child actor) in China before becoming a trainee in Korea and held his first solo concert-wherein he accompanied himself on the piano-at age 9, I believe. he's really crazy talented, so I'm glad whenever he gets to show off 🥺

Actually the more you’ll discover the dreamies, the more you’d be surprised of the amount of talent they have for their age, they all play at least one instrument if not more, Chenle has been accompanying himself on the piano since forever, he was almost born on stage lmao, Mark plays mostly the guitar but he can also play the flûte, the piano and a bit of drums, Jaemin can play the piano, Jeno can play the guitar, Haechan can also accompany himself on the piano etc etc they are young aces for real they can all do everything, sports, music, dancing, drawing, even acting etc you’ll see. If I can make a suggestion I’d recommend you to watch the 7llin’ in the dream series you won’t regret it I promise lmao

Okay I am just some minutes into the video (near the end of Life is still going on) and you are definitely missing up Chenle and Jisung! Jeno is kinda your bias... honestly, I am not surprised! He has so very good moments with all the members. As for you next reaction with a Nomin video, honestly those two are really something. They have that kind of friendship that feel predestined because they entered the company the same day. When Jaemin was in hiatus, Jeno was still visiting him and spending time with him when he could. They did a lot of things together and their new series on NCT channel was actually, at first, just a Jeno solo content but he decided it would be better if he did it with Jaemin so he dragged him into this project! As a Chenle bias, it's SO heartwarming to see Chenle be appreciated for his talents. He is often overshadowed by the other members so fans rarely compliment his vocals when in reality he is the foundation of a lot of Dream songs, especially in the choruses you can really hear his voice.
