Thanks for the compliment even though you're a team up north guy lol. Almost forgot you were at times this year😂 Enjoy your takes as they're well thought out and you back it up as much as possible. Keep it up sir 🤙🏽

Thanks for the shoutout sam. I'm a M2S guy so ever since I saw you having my guy Kris Drew on I been checking out your content and it's good stuff. You're always fair even when I don't wanna hear it. 😂😂 But I appreciate the content man. Also wanna shoutout Texas. What a year and y'all had me STRESSIN!!! I thought we were done. But I just wanna remind you guys where you were when Sark took over. Still good but not like you are now. A perennial power and a no doubt top program in the country. Keep your heads up you're gonna be right there every year.

The Ohio St O line survived losing 2 all American level players (LT & C). Who else could do that and go onto the Natty.

I will admit that not many would be able to, but having an elite defense, a Top 5 QB, and an elite stable of WRs that prevent teams from loading the box to hurt the OL also makes it easier on the OL. I simply think that Ohio State would benefit from someone who can recruit better and build quality depth, especially since OL injuries are very common.

@ I would say in the portal era it’s not that important. It seems like tOSU strategy going forward will be to get ORs in the portal since the top shelf LTs are willing to go to the highest bidder and apparently tOSU isn’t willing to pay HS kids at such a hard to predict position for development. Better to let someone else develop them for 2-3 seasons and then they come and collect a big payday.

You and your guests were dead wrong about Texas’ o-line being elite. That o-line was not the gamechanger you said it would be in this matchup. I keep harping on this because this was obvious on analysis up front. That o-line might have cost them the game. That said, I still love your channel (even with your TTUN leanings) and your analysis overall.

I think Texas is elite on the OL *when fully healthy.* Unfortunately for them, Cameron Williams, the RT, was out against ASU and despite returning today did not look even close to 100% healthy. Jack Sawyer beat him like a drum all game. Cam will probably be a first round pick based on his full body of work, so I'm willing to chalk this game up to being limited by injury.

With the season going deeper than ever before, managing injuries will be huge issue. Unfortunately, OSU also has Rimmington winning Center and 1st Round OT out for season, which forced our All American Guard out to LT. Very similar to the issues Texas had. This game really just came down to the 75 yd explosive before half and insane goalline stand at the end. Most talent equated game I've seen this season. Y'all are very talented and it will be fun to run it back in Columbus week 1.

First off, thanks for not being a UM homer who roots for teams like Oregon and Texas who won in AA this year. That aside, this O line has been a problem since week 6 due to devastating injuries, and while it stinks to have two All Americans sidelined, Coach Fry deserves a ton of credit for patching together something that could stand up to an outstanding Texas front and give us a shot at winning the game and the two before it for that matter. O line issues aside, OSU has the best defense in the country this season (the best goalline defense I've probably ever seen) and best skill players on offense. I think that will prove enough to hoist the trophy on 1/20. Defense wins Chips. Same as last year. Go Bucks!

Sam in your honest opinion, I need to know, if 2019 Ohio state beats Clemson to play against 2019 LSU, do you think Ohio state would beat them in a very close tight game, or would Ohio state lose by 7 points or less ? Because in my opinion even though Clemson won Ohio state looked like the better team and it probably should have been a blowout, like 35 - nothing at half time. But with the field goals and penalties cost us the game.

Sam at some Point you gotta get off the O-line. first Tennessee was going to be a test, then Oregon was Gonna beat them in the Trenches. After that Texas was the best D-line in the Country. None of them could beat the O-line Consistently Which is the Mark of a pretty Decent O-line.

@jimmy5634 absolutely he did but downplaying ohio state by immediately saying oh they lose if texas just runs the ball straight at them is dishonest.

I'm sure that PSU stand was front and center in Sark's crawl when orchestrating that series. I know they were on the 1 yd line, but they should have run PA or boot with levels and when they didn't, I knew they might be cooked.

Lol Ohio St is not losing to ND Sam they have too many weapons. 😂😂From an SEC guy I hate both ND and Ohio St and the 20th might be the lowest rated and watched title game ever.
