Funfact: Saltatio Mortis did this kind of letting other Bands Cover their songs aswell. I believe for their 20th anniversary or something like that. I dont know about Bands of other countries, but it seems like german bands like to do that. AND ITS AWESOME!

I think Powerwolf does it (at least in part) because they're pretty much Napalm's most successful band, so it helps get all the people who love Powerwolf to hear other Napalm bands. Maybe Saltatio Mortis is doing it for the same reason?

As a music lover myself and i suggest the guys from Powerwolf are aswell haha, its just super fun to hear the interpretation of (your own) music in different styles. And i believe Saltatio Mortis was or even is also already under Napalm. Maybe its a Napalm thing but i rather dont think so.

Attila has a great strong and tuneful voice even live. ive been listening to their “ live at Wacken 2019” album a lot when I’m out in my workshop. My neighbors must be sick of me belting out “armatta stiggoi ” and “where the wild wolves have gone” at the top of my lungs lol. Now you have spent a lot of time with the band on tour, Do you have a favourite live song? I have to agree with you regarding European bands, look at rammstein, within temptation, nightwish, dimmu borgir, etc, they all put a tremendous amount of thought and effort into their live performances.

I like there dystopian look in this video. I saw them at download last year, they don't disappoint Matthew Greywolf wore a cowl or something with goggles because it was so hot and windy. I did get sun burnt watching them but worth it I guess. I do like a band more when they have theatrics or consistency to there stage look that occasionally changes. I'm from the UK so I can say that bands with costumes are perhaps a little more common than the US but not really same likely goes for the rest of Europe. I wouldn't list off black metal bands in that conversation as it seems well over half of them get there corpse paint on or costumes etc.
