Like always with Tills lyrics- there are many was to interpret... Try "Du riechst so gut" live in Nimes...the topic Is about a book by P.Süskind "The Perfume". It is a very old song but fantastic and with some pyro...:)

Reminds me of E.A.Poe "The Cask of Amontillado". The story is about taking fatal revenge on someone by being buried alive - in this case, by immurement. Immurement, coming from the Latin im-, "in" and murus, "wall"; literally meaning "walling in".

Min 5:28 "poorest guy ever" ? Rammstein has been around for 30 years. It is Germany's most successful band worldwide. Every concert is sold out. At the end of the 2024 tour, they wanted to give 2 concerts in Gelsenkirchen. Due to the demand, it became 5 concerts. There must have been 200 concerts in the last 3 years. And each band member gets €200,000 for each concert. How poor can Flake (the Keyboarder) be then? And they only give concerts for the fans. Not for the money, they don't need that.

I think it is about plain murder. The woman is dead or at least bound otherwise she would not have her feet in cement. He has her naked body beside him while making a hiding place for it. Yet he still hears her screams in his head. This one is brutal and absolutely heavy. Great song!
