I love this series SO much but I really wish there is more representation people with SHORT 4c hair in the media cause although I have the same hair pattern as these women I can never find girls with the same length as me🥺 my stretched hair state be looking like their shrinkage😔🤚🏾 I just wish short 4c hair is normalized with being called “bald headed”

I would consider jenn j as Normal density hair and she is high porosity I love jenn j. Star puppy is another 4c girl with low density hair. Eugenia kelcy hair highly densed tail bone length 4c hair. West African baby is another one.

I really appreciate this series tbh I've always thought that my hair was just 4c and I suppose that's part of the challenge of hair typing it. Since watching the series I have a better understanding of the fact that I have a good chunk of 4b hair as well as some 4a strands in the back and low porosity hair. I feel like now I don't so much question when my hair doesn't do something that someone else's hair does or why my hair hates certain products whereas several ppl adore it. I think what it's done is made me more comfortable with my hair and more confident abt finding what works for me. I really love that you've done this 💖
