Okay... was the guy taking apart his Hugo Boss bottle for decants REALLY illegal, or just unadvisable? I've had to do that myself a few times with bottles that were cracked, and transfer them to newer spritzer bottles in order to preserve them, so I don't see the issue.

Why do you think a good cologne accord smells like toilet spray I don't know, but I can tell you, as a perfumer that you're very wrong because Neroli Portofino is a masterpiece
