I am a millennial and I know why these CEOs are saying this...Person like Murthy have spent their prime youth years in building the company...now that he is old, he cannot buy his youth with the wealth he has...so when he looks at milennials and Gen Z enjoying their life, they feel entitled that it is because of them the current generation are enjoying...this is nothing but generation gap and you will see the same in households where mother in law saying the same about their daughter in law.
