I get a strong feeling that the chess board gives a lot of hints to the future lore of the game. Perhaps the knight taking out Signora is Ei, and this also shows that scaramoche still has the gnosis. And you can see Zhongli the rook and venti the queen on the chessboard as well. Really interesting. And perhaps what they mean by checkmate is not where the game ends is that beating the divine isn’t the end goal, and that the fatui’s ultimate goal is something else, and the rebellion against the divine is just the move they need to reach their true and final goal. Really interesting video that has a lot of implications for people are are interested in the lore of this game, tbh I just made this all up on the spot while writing so it could be all wrong.

This is so insane. I'm just in awe of the fact that we're getting to see something revealed that wasn't leaked ahead of time. There had been some mention and talk of the harbingers in various leaks, but nothing to this extent. It's really nice to feel genuinely excited about something in the game being officially revealed, unlike the Sumeru characters which unfortunately have basically been leaked everywhere for the next 3-4 patches over the last few weeks. I'm not saying I'm NOT excited for the 3.0 characters and beyond, but it would've been a lot better to have them officially revealed and be excited that way instead of randomly scrolling through Twitter and just seeing pictures of their models posted literally everywhere.

I usually try to stay away from spoilers but sadly it does not work (mostly because of the youtube algorithem and thumbnails), this was the first time I was genuinely suprised about a trailer. Not just because of the sudden appierance but because I had no idea what was about to happen (unlike most of the lifestreams). Any tips for avoiding spoilers? @@ceciliaofthesky5702 yeah do it a bunch of times as soon as you see them...unfortunately after searching it could still be in the dropdown set of videos and you can't remove it...but for me i just turn a blind eye immediately. For the videos that show the leak itself in the thumbnail....i just report them under spam/misleading content. I usually leave the other leak videos alone. I am getting a lot lesser leaks since the past couple of days cause of that so maybe it could help you soon. I also make sure to remove all the leaker content in my homepage as soon as i see them.

There are browser extensions that can automatically hide vids from you if there are specific words in the title. While you probably won't be able to escape every leak ever, at least the vids that have "leaks" in title will be hidden away.

POTENTIAL SPOILERS The girl with black hair who seems to be singing is Damslette. No. 3 of the Harbringers. (Worth noting Tartaglia refuses to fight her because he says "something feels off about her") The blonde man with the Khaenri'ah mask is Pierro, No. 1 of the Harbringers and the man who recruited Signora and Dottore. The girl with the "x" eyes is Arlecchino. She runs an orphanage which she uses to raise children as spies for the Fatui, which are then sent to various nations. We actually meet several of these orphans throughout the game. The girl who is being carried by a ruin machine is Sandrone. She is known as "The Puppet". The guys with black hair and glasses is Pantalone. The No. 9 Harbringer. He is the wealthiest Fatui member and probably runs Northland Bank. Fun fact, the coat Yelan wears is one made of expensive fur that she stole from him that was intended as a gift to the Tsarista. He is also mentioned in Yelan's story quest. The blue haired guy is Dottore. A despicable scientist from Sumeru who obsesses over the creation of "enhanced humans". He is heavily featured in the Genshin Impact official manga as an antagonist, so suggest reading that. The guy in the full helmet is Capitano. Not much is known about him, but Childe comments that he is very skilled in battle, and intends to challenge him one day. The elf guy with the huge hat is Pulcinella. Harbringer No.5. He is the one who recruited Tartaglia when he was young (after Tartaglia had come out of the Abyss).

People keep forgetting how designs and themes are very purposefully chosen. Signora's motif is moths which is a symbol of death *AND* resurrection. I feel like she will come back resurrected, but no longer as Signora the 8th Fatui Harbinger, but as Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohefalter the Crimson Witch of Flames, or some allusion to her mortal self. I hope that we get Rosalyne's lore in Sumeru Academia, as most casual players don't even know about her past with Rostam and why she hates Barbatos so much. Just like how Kanna Kapatcir's and Ruu's lore had been long hinted at with the Thundering Fury set. Only to materialize 8 versions after the artifact's initial release.

Her rebirth was when she gave up her old identity of Rosalyne and transformed herself into the Crimson witch of flames. Following her rampage against the abyss, she was left nearing death. She was then found and recruited by the fatui. Given a delusional that sealed her crimson witch form, saved her from death and made her forget her old identity. This is when Rosalyne "died" and was reborn as Signora

So ummm Pierro might be Kaeya’s father? - Pierro has the Khaenri’ahn eyes confirmed - Pierro looks awfully like the deathly statuette figure - he has one earring like Kaeya does (probably the same set of earring) - if you look closely Pierro has a tuft of blue hair whilst the rest of it is white, which is the inverse of Kaeya who has a tuft of white hair with the rest being blue. So if Pierro is Kaeya’s father that would mean he’s also partially responsible for killing Crepus which causes a lot of tension- Biological father kills the adoptive father 💀

Also time seems to pass differently there and there have been other characters who have been frozen in time e.g Olaf from Springvale.
