It pains me watching Season 1 seeing how real Heidi was. I'm all for her choosing whom she wants to be with and all, but I always wonder what she would've been like without Spencer and without all the surgery and lavish spending. She was naturally so beautiful and her personality was so radiant (and I'm sure it still is). But it just sucks.

There was a scene that was skipped. Before they were already inside the taxi and on their way to go back home . Lauren stepped outside to leave super upset and Heidi followed her and decided to get in the cab with her because she was concerned despite Lauren telling her not to because she didn’t want to ruin the night for her. Then follows the scene where they were in the cab and Lauren crying.

And it's funny because I rewatched the hills a few weeks ago, and I kept noticing the chanel bag that Jason bought Lauren for xmas...I was like wtf?!? Sad to see how much Heidi truly loved Lauren but was so drastically influenced by spencer leading to the friendship breakup. But I think it would have been different if Lauren accepted Heidi dating spencer from the beginning. I know Lauren was just being a momma bear but sometimes you just gotta let people live and learn. But they’re doing something right. They’re like the only couple from the show that is actually still together. I would have bit my life they would have split it. Crazy!
