I know a lot of things don’t make sense in regards to Lauren going over to Marc Jacobs (sorry if I spelt that wrong).... but y’all have to remember that The Hills wasn’t just a regular tv show. It was HUGE. So even though Marc Jacobs didn’t need The Hills, I believe that it was the perfect opportunity to introduce their brand to a younger audience who probably aren’t into fashion as of yet. I really like the episodes with Withney because the focus is not just on drama (which is fun but after a while start to get boring). I find them refreshing and inspirational as we get to see what working in fashion entails (yeah, I loved the concept of The City). No! Spencer and Brody were trust fund rich kids! They surf pop bottles at the club and hook up with girls, and do rap records music stuff since brodys step father was in the music business.... they grew up together and their families were very close friends and lived near each house.. bffs since middle school. Spencer dad was always working so he would sleepover brodys house and literally do everything with Brody: they went to college at usc and dropped out together after 1st year lol. Brody started hitting the clubs and partying with Paris Hilton and Spencer found his love so he quit the club life Lol. Hope that helps

It was about Spencer and Brody lol; they dropped out of uSc: Spencer and Brody grew up together and went to school since middle school then went to usc stopped and dropped out; they were trust fund kids and they were the elite rich kids of LA. That’s why Spencer and Brody came on the hills cuz they said their lives were better then the girls lol... also Spencer and Brody families are very close; Spencer dad used to work all the time and so Spencer would sleepover brodys house! They did everything together lol lol. Surf party hook up with girls and shop was their gameplane until Spencer found Heidi.
