Scramble pancakes is somehow like Austrian "Wiener Kaiserschmarrn" (just google it) it is a very close, but not similar dough. Usually served with "Zwetschgenröster", thats a kind of plumb marmelade, with huge junks of plumbs, cinnamon, rum.
