Its amazing! Considering that Lakers chances this year is out of the table, without not much of assets, they still did it. Wherever this roster take them, kudos to the front office. Wembanyama looks great with unreal potential but no you never trade actual NBA championships for potential greatness. Wembanyama is great on highlight videos but even at a freakish 7 ft 5 he is still human and he has still not played a full schedule against the NBA players. Look at Zion, or Chet Holmgren or Porzingas or Sam Bowie or even Ralph Sampson. The problem with Russ is that even though he is productive when the games is close he’s not going to be help in the closing min…and you gave up good assets for him, two good shooters in KCP (who’s the league leader in 3pt %) and Kuzma.
