I feel like Hirez wants to wait to release the top gods for when the game is in a more completed state to draw in more people to gain hype - then maybe go F2P soon after. But thats just a theory...A GAME THEORY

@San-cb9mj imma be honest. I think she is perfectly designed. She has perfect weaknesses, skill expression, cool kit. The only thing wrong about her is the fact that she gets knocked out of her ability with knock ups and hi rez never giving her skins

I assume they're holding off on some popular gods like Thor to save some hype for later on as the game fleshes out, to bring back those who tried the rough early alpha and haven't come back.

@@Ninkavbed meta slave means playing him is an efficient tactic and that you only play him because he is good. If that were the case youd see high level players use him You dont know what meta slave means, it means only using characters/items that are good at the time solely because theyre good.

an instant knockup from range on a low cd is not fun to play against his 1 and ult give him the same problems as hades being a close range mage

@Bllhyss most mages and hunters out range him and can kill him before he can close the gap if they can dodge the knock up once. Warriors and tanks can just control him long enough and survive the damage to either kill him themselves or wait for more damage. If you aegis his ult you should be able to win the fight 50% of the time

⁠⁠@@Bllhyssthe knockups hard to hit and if all a he Bo is doing is knocking you up at max range he’s pretty useless. It’s not a very low cd it’s 10 seconds. Being a close range mage isn’t a problem. Hades has the problems of taking zero skill, being an ult bot cause his other abilities don’t do much damage, and being too reliant on life-steal

"There will be some people that rate them low" Me rating KA and most warriors a 1 because they are big broken with the item pool right now. Also genuinely, Maman doesn't need to come to Smite 2 anytime soon. If we want new players to get a feel for the game, adding character like Maman and Ao is a really terrible idea. They are genuinely irritating to play around, and Maman is going to make a lot of new players rage out of their minds when she gets to free kit dump with zero counterplay. I think once the newer players a bit more accustomed to the game state and how to properly target focus, Maman would be a good addition to bring back. Otherwise they will do themselves a favor by not adding her back in with her current kit anytime super soon.

This was much better content than the hardest gods to play since you don’t need a level of skill to actually have an opinion on this topic. You had bronze-gold players debating why ULLR was an “easy” god. Just ridiculous

@@nonomen6665 no it was not, if you are among the worst players and you are trying to argue why a specific god is “hard” when in fact they are not. You are just that bad at the game it’s a big issue. This is why when he did his poll he should have asked people to drop their users so we can check their ranks. Smite is not a hard game, anyone under diamond truly doesn’t have an opinion on the skill of any character in this game
