@@discussingwithyouisfutile1703 gender dysphoria often originates from past S.A. or other traumatizing events, so i feel bad for most trans people because they use it as a way to cope with that trauma, but often it only worsens depression and suicidal thoughts, which is why i believe they need therapy to help them accept their true self and get over past traumas. people who detransition are often way happier afterwards. people who accept themselves for who they were truly meant to be are alot happier woth their identity, but "transgenders" are often confused and change their identity to fit the way they think they should be. gender affirming therapy is depression affirming therapy, anxiety affirming, and quietly encourages suicide. gender dysphoria is a mental condition, not an identity.

I hate it when „progressive“ people ask me what my pronouns are, or just tell me I am non-binary because they way I look is kind of androgynous. Well, it’s just genetics and a strong preference for functional clothing. I feel like everyone else checks I am a woman, except the all-inclusive alphabet people… for whom I don’t fit into a gender stereotype so they assign me a gender identity. And when I point out the irony in that, they start crying because their feelings got hurt and tell me I don’t understand because I am not one of them.. dude a minute ago you just told me I am non-binary. I'm transsexual like your son and it's good to see that mentality is present in other (assumably) young/young adult transsexuals. For people who actually struggle with gender dysphoria to an excruciating extent every day, we just want to be respected and seen as normal people. I don't announce to people in real life, or online that often, that I am trans. I don't like to talk about it, nor do I base my political beliefs off of my medical condition/mental illness anymore. This is something that I have dealt with genuinely since I can remember, the earliest being 7 years old, and I was raised Southern Baptist with no internet access. Transsexualism is a real condition, but it is not as common as leftists make it out to be. Real transsexuals are against the medicalization of children and them having surgeries, and we don't believe in crazy pronouns or more than two genders. I wish that less conservatives, Republicans, etc. would not lump us together so often. I, and other transsexuals that I know, want nothing to do with what crazy gender leftists are doing. Props to you for being an awesome dad :)

I think this quote sums it up perfectly: "It's okay to be weak, the problem is staying weak." [this goes for men and women, but I'll be specifically talking about men/masculinity here...] A man can cry, say what he needs to say, seek a hug. These moments of vulnerability are fine - because they're just that, "moments". Letting this stuff out of your system is much healthier in the long run rather than bottling it up. Having these seemingly emasculating moments don't make you any less masculine - conversely, it sustains masculinity and strength. You are not *staying* emasculated/vulnerable - 'staying weak', but instead allowing yourself a necessary *moment* , a breather every now and then - balanced (appropriately), as all things should be. That's a problem entertainment/media fails to tackle - how do we make masculinity more durable? Because today, if a guy is caught having any sort of weak or emasculating /moment/, just once, even if he is one of the manliest guys out there who never cries and is a lumber jack with a beard and a hunky body who drinks beer with boys...suddenly his masculinity is totally destroyed. Because of that *one* moment. Netflix's Arcane goes into this through the male characters. Check it out, highly recommend! P.S durag tony, sorry for your loss.

I’m always confused as to how liberals insist on comparing abortions to gun rights & trans rights (valid but it’s a bit of a stretch to make those arguments) but then when you bring up the vaccine mandates, they freak out and insist you’re making an irrelevant argument… like what!? 🤣
@erinlikesacornishpasty4703
@erinlikesacornishpasty4703 2 жыл бұрын
I'm not sure I understand the comparisons between "abortion rights" and gun rights. We have a natural right, explicitly enumerated in the Constitution, to keep and bear arms. There is also a Constitutional amendment protecting us from illegal search and seizure, but that is a separate ammendment because it extends to our bodies, families and all property, including lands and personal property. So, where's the comparison between so called "abortion rights" and gun rights? The only argument I could possibly see is "the right to self defense", in which you view an unborn fetus as so dangerous to your life that you must destroy it to preserve your own life, the same way you might with a car jacker pointing a gun in your face saying he's going to kill you?

This reminds me of when I told people that I was unvaxxed due to health reasons. When I get certain shots I feel like super bad, I get short of breath and sometimes hives (idk if I'm allergic). Also my mom actually can't because of her autoimmune disease and they say she's bad for not getting me vaxxed. I literally get sick when I get certain shots, I don't think my mom is a bad person for looking out for my health. And this does really shape my vaccine views (they should be strongly suggested but not FORCED).

I’d throw away “ all women like cooking and cleaning “ 😅🤣🤣😅 I have my associates degree in business, baking and pastry arts, but I LOATHE doing dishes 💯💯💯🤬😅😂🤣😂 Also, this whole men can be pregnant thing 👀👀👀😂😂🤣😂 no sweetheart, that is a WOMAN dressed up like a man 💯 what happened to men and women dressing up and calling it drag? Why is our country destroying our own people? If y’all want to live in a fantasy world, that’s cool, but you don’t have to take hormone blocking pills, cut off your body parts and in some cases place them in other parts of the body 👀👀. You are just going to further devastate your state of mind. Women can NOT be a man, and men can NOT be a woman. Your DNA just does NOT allow it. Much love 💗 Amala, that’s just it tho. Everyone that’s not trans is in a way fighting to keep their rights. We women are fighting to keep our WOMANHOOD. We’ve got men out here stealing our title, while we get stripped of that and so many other’s. Such as being called a mother, or saying that I breast fed my children. We have men claiming to be a woman and beating the 💩 out of a women in the fight ring. A very thing that is fought against to save women for being beaten by men ( give its a different sort of scenario, the women are giving consent to get in the ring ), but that’s the problem. They either get in the ring or forfeit their titles 👀 therefore, just as a woman stays in an abusive relationship until it gets taken too far, they too will stand in the ring and get their faces beat in 😳🤬😖 women have fought for our rights for decades, and we are now blindly handing them all back over. Even our title as a WOMAN. Just sad 😢. I think some ppl need to go watch kindergarten cop 💯

"Gender stereotypes are trash" Good. Then trans "women" should take off their makeup and feminine clothes and stop with the effiminate voices. Not all of us wear makeup or dresses. Not all of us like the color pink or pastels. Not all of us have a high pitched "peppy" voice or a slight "basic Starbucks girl" lisp. My gender is not your costume. Stop appropriating feminity. How can you "feel" like you're a woman when you can't even define what a woman is? And if "woman" can mean anything to you, then it means nothing at all to you.

The part that confuses me is that the same ppl saying gender stereotypes are trash use gender stereotypes to determine a child is trans. Why can't a boy that likes to play with dolls & wear dresses just be a boy that likes to do those things? I am seeing these parents who use their child's atypical gender behavior as a eureka moment that the child is trans. It's mind-boggling to me. We've invested so many years teaching kids it is OK for a boy to be sensitive & yes, boys can wear pink & a girl can enjoy playing football. Now all of a sudden a 4 yr old boy likes tromping around in princess slippers & he must be trapped in the wrong body. Bring on the transitioning! You can't have it both ways. For the safety of our children I think it would be better to go with "our child just enjoys atypical gender activities" until he/she is an adult & can make that decision for him or herself. Having 3 kids & 7 grands I know all kids go thru stages. It's part of life. Figuring out who you are as a person. Good grief my grandson is in a stage of crawling on all 4s, barking & carrying toys in his mouth. I've yet to feel the need to rush him to the vet for his rabies shot.

Everyone else can claim systemic racism, misogyny, or gay/transphobia. I am tired of all of the various cards people can play when the truth to the matter is the job went to the best person. This is regardless of what drugs you have taken or what you have attached or detached. Two choices to archaeologists… Male or female. All the lunatics that say men can have babies, which is the craziest crap I’ve ever heard of, need to be asking for one example. Give me one name. How does that happen without female parts? All these made up words suggesting that people are afraid? It has nothing to do with fear. It has to do with belief in science. Really enjoyed you filling in for Dennis Prager. Does a heart good to hear a young mind speak the truth for a change. There is hope for the future!

i am more conservative but i struggle with the idea of women being completely equal…just because we’re so different and are more vulnerable in a lot of ways. would that be an issue of rights or privilege or…?

Really missing the 1 hour shows. I hope this is just temporary and not the new norm. Unapologetic gets me through my mornings at work!

Well, uteruses are very regulated actually. I’m pro choice, but have worked diligently to lower abortion rates by helping people get sterilized and that procedure alone is regulated and doctors lie to patients about requirements (I’m happy to provide proof of the many I’ve helped and the rules their doctors violated), along with that, your placenta is regulated in many hospitals, preventing mothers from keeping it if they so wish. The reproductive regulation goes wayyy past abortion in so many areas, and that is an issue for women who don’t want kids, and women who do. Most pro choicers only focus on abortion, but I don’t. The issue is wayyy past that, so there is a lot of regulation and having a doctor who respects all of a woman’s choices is actually pretty rare.

That page blocks any person who expresses criticism 😁 I don't know how they manage that when having so many comments, but they do. As soon as you say you don't agree, boom - you can't find this page. That's why comments are only positive 😁
