Hey Craig, I'm having shoulder issues as well and have been working on my rhomboids and serratus too. Those seated lat pulls should work better for rhomboid activation if you switch to a grip where your palms face the ground.

Hey Craig, Jas & the rest of the team I've got a winged scapula, I attend crossfit 5 times a week but our box doesn't have the machines Craig used in this video. I'd like to get it seen to and get some exercises to do at home, would you recommend seeing a physiotherapist, a biokineticist or a chiropractor? Thanks guys and well done on all the PR's!!!

When you are able to do legs, after a weights session do 10 x 30 secs on. 30 secs off on the ergo, set to resistance 10, Rate 20, just kills your legs and everything else.

I wish I could belong to a crossfit gym, but where I am the bodybuilding gyms cost 40$/month and the crossfit boxes cost 114$/month so it's not fiscally possible. However, because I enjoy CrossFit just as much as I love rugby training. I do rugby training after work every day I work in a week. I get up super early on my days off (I'm up anyway) and head to the bodybuilding gym at a time where there's no one there, except a few scragglers and do CrossFit training. Honestly too they don't care what training you're doing as long as you're not hogging machines or in the way of other gym goers.

500 LB DEADLIFT AT 18 - NOT NATURAL . THERE IS A MAXIM THAT ITS NOT HOW MUCH YOU LIFT, IT'S HOW MUCH YOU CAN LOWER . YOUR STRENGTH WOULD INCREASE IF YOU STOPPED DROPPING THE WEIGHTS AND LOWERED THEM TO THE FLOOR. PLUS ITS A PAIN IN THE ARSE TO LISTEN TO WHEN YOU'RE IN THE GYM.ALSO MEN PUT YOUR SHIRTS ON ,POSEURS .
