New Jeans- under Hype formerly Big Hit, which also has BTS, Seventeen, TxT.... to name a few. The MV is part of a story with Ditto mv. By itself, it's crazy but with the other mv... you just go crazy trying to figure it out 😆 Their music is new and fresh and they have definitely created a lane for themselves in a very short time. So proud and happy for these girls. I can't wait to see what's next. I recommend Attention, Hype Boy, and Ditto. ALL BOPS!!!♥♥♥ EXO ARE LEGENDS!!! Vocals top tier!! Definitely a group to look into.

Do Kyungsoo is just incredible in every sense. He is one of the few vocalists who can make your heart flutter and cause a storm of emotions. He manages his deep voice and sweet timbre with such ease that the same part can sound completely different "starting very roughly and ending unrealistically gently". Anyone feel free to correct, but this is my interpretation of the OMG MV. New Jeans' Omg describes one side of the parasocial (one-sided) relationship between idols and fans. Each of the members believes themselves to be a certain thing - an iPhone, a cat, a doctor, a princess/main character, and literally NewJeans themselves. Essentially, these are what fans perceive NewJeans as and thus they are saying that they exist for the sake of meeting their fans' needs/expectations. It's actually a very intriguing and well-written concept even though it's a little overwhelming to take it all in on first watch. If you have time to check out another one of their songs, I recommend watching Ditto (both sides A & B). It was released a few weeks ago and, like OMG, also has an interesting story line in the MV that takes a look at the relationship between NewJeans and their fans from the perspective of a fan. Anyways, enjoyed your reaction!

Here's a little explanation for NewJeans: (This won't be helping a lot, sorry) For NewJeans storyline is very confusing for a lot of people and still don't have a really good statement yet of the storyline because there are a lot of theories out there. since it's your first time watching them, it can be better to watch the 'ditto' MV and their debut album mvs first (debut album is mainly what type of music they going to have for their future projects being as a group and kinda a part of the storyline as well (really don't know yet), and ditto is the beginning of the 'OMG' storyline). Since 'OMG' is a continuous storyline recently. My theory for OMG currently: "NewJeans is stuck in their different own fantasy where 'OMG' shows each member of their fantasy. When Hanni (12:27) thinks she is 'iphone', for the other members: hyein (14:33) thinks she is a fairytale, minji (14:51 , btw they're both the same person) thinks she is a doctor, haerin (17:02) thinks she is a cat, and lastly danielle (18:04) thinks she is an actor or an idol (still don't know). And at the end of the song danielle (18:50) try or did break the "4th wall" by using their clips from their debut journey to go back to their reality" Very confusing I know, still don't have a good explanation yet; but I hope that helps a little of NewJeans music video you just watched. Okay to explain the new jeans MV all of the girls are mental patients and they all have some disorder that makes them think their someone or something their not and are hallucinating. Hanni thinks she’s an iPhone (like literally), hyein thinks she’s a princess and has server princess syndrome to the point of being so caught up in her delusion that she literally stops functioning and just kinda startes (hense why she goes transparent while staring at the teddy bear bc she’s hallucinating), Danni is trying to convince the girls that their apart of the group new jeans (yes their actual group but it’s implied that she’s also a mental patient and is hallucinating that as well) , haerin thinks she’s a cat which is why she shows the members a cat drawing, why she’s shown eating a cat yogurt thing, and why there’s just a random cat at times. It’s because that is how she sees herself. The last girl minji thinks that she’s a doctor at the ward and we see her collecting the girls through the music video

About that New jeans video: From what I understand all five girls are in a mental hospital. Hanni believes she is an iPhone. Haerin belives shes a cat Hyein thinks she is in a fairy tale Minji thinks shes a doctor and Danielle is trying to get them all to remember that they are New Jeans, but no one believes her. Omg okay so your man in EXO is Kai (also my man tbfh). He's the main dancer and center of the group, his dancing ability is no joke. He has a very successful solo career as well with two big BOPS of title tracks (Mmmh and Peaches) which I highly recommend.
