If you're considering florida, you know the coach is going to get fired next year, and you know that your first year of Florida is going to be a losing season, then the second year maybe a bust because the coach they bring in might not want you want you. Now we've lost two seasons of recruiting. This year will be a bust in recruiting and next year will be another bust in recruiting. So half our team will be terrible recruits. We know that Billy's got to be fired at some point or we can just trade places with vanderbilt. Vanderbilt can be a championship team and we can be the team that is satisfied with going to a bowl game.

HOWEVER, if you actually review each year of Billy’s tenure, what are the constants each year? 2022- Richardson QB (nfl BUST), New DC, TOXIC roster, NiL begins, and TOXIC culture.. 2023- Graham Mertz New QB, New DC, 45% roster flip, and 9 starters were true freshmen. 2024- Miami game INEXCUSABLE, QB 1 & 2 hurt, impactful transfers Badger, Dike, Pup, Bridges. Summary- The entire Oline can return except for Crenshaw, everyone on defense can return except Marshall, and DJ Lagway will his skill players will be 1st string.. I wish y’all would negotiate these contracts in good faith. Sign a guy to a 3 year contract and tell him everything after that is year to year. Billy is coaching and building like a guy that has a 7 year deal. I don’t understand all the heat he’s taking, considering where the program started and the learning curve everyone is experiencing with nil and the portal. Nobody in the country looks heads and shoulders above us right now, the teams that look the best have been together the longest. These coaches can’t work these guys to death over the summer like years past so a certain amount of learning is done on the fly. We are going to end the season as a much better team than we started.
