I think you were surprised by the song Changes. Like, this is Black Sabbath?! Glad you liked it. On your own check out Changes that Ozzy did with Kelly his daughter.

I was surprised. The different sound and them vocals, insane.

R&R Doctor. is Sabbaths most real retro 50s style rock song and they stomped it ..They proved that they could do anything and it will be good ..Changes is great and not what anyone will expect from them by appearance and the hard rock songs they have ..

Lots of great Black Sabbath songs. Some I'm sure you've heard some maybe not. Songs such as Black Sabbath, The Wizard, N.I.B., Evil Woman, War Pigs, Paranoid, Planet Caravan, Iron Man, Fairy Wear Boots, Sweet Leaf, Children of the Grave, Into the Void, Supernaut, Snowblind, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, Killing Yourself to Live, Symptom of the Universe, and Never Say Die for the Ozzy era.

Stay strong! Hope you parents will be doing better.. glad you're back. And very cool that you reacted to RnR Doctor.. Black Sabbath's attempt at a hit single.. otherwise the Technical Ecstasy LP is a bit heavier and progressive.. " You Won't Change Me" and "Dirty Women" are excellent tunes from that album.. thanks.

Great analysis of both songs! Totally recommend "Supernaut" from the Vol. 4 album and or "A National Acrobat" from the Sabbath Bloody Sabbath album. Rock on!

Any song on Black Sabbath's Sabotage will trigger a great react :) That album has a great sound and Ozzy's voice sounds best ever there. The songs on it are memorable from beginning to end.

My personal all time favourite of David Bowie’s is Rock’n’roll suicide “Oh no love you’re not alone You’re watching yourself but you’re too unfair You got your head all tangled up but if I could only make you care Oh no love! You’re not alone No matter what or who you’ve been No matter when or where you’ve seen All the knives seem to lacerate your brain I’ve had my share, I’ll help you with the pain You’re not alone” He was such a good lyricist. I also love Soul love and five years, in fact pretty much everything he ever did apart from the 80’s stuff I chose the two I did for Sarah Rae (edit: The Width of a circle and All the mad men, I recommended them in another comment in case that caused confusion) as she likes heavy metal / heavy rock.

I hate to hear about your mom and dad. I can hear the hurt in your voice. I wish you all as much happiness that life has to offer you in your times of struggle and tribulation. What's up with KZbin blocking the critique of ac/dc? There is nothing provocative or rude on the High Voltage album as there is in todays music or show business. I don't get it. I'm so sorry I forgot what I was going to say about KZbin blocking your video. I'm just so empathetic and sympathetic over yours and your families situation. Stay strong girl. Tell your parents how much you love them everyday.

Hi Sarah. I bet it was a relief to get a reaction out that wasn't blocked. That it was the Godlike Black Sabbath just makes it even better. Changes might seem a bit of an anomaly for Sabbath but over the course of Ozzy's career he has done quite a few ballads like his brilliant duet with Lita Ford 'Close my Eyes Forever' or his own 'Mama I'm Coming Home'. I bet all your viewers were breathing a sigh of relief you didn't opt for his schmaltzy version of Changes he sang with Kelly. It's a good song but not one of my favourite Sabbath tracks, and neither is Rock n Roll Doctor to be honest. It sounds more like Mott the Hoople than Sabbath which I find a bit odd. As you say, it's not their usual Metal sound, but I also find it sounds a bit safe in comparison to the 'outside the box' creativity they usually achieved like on Children of The Grave / N.I.B / Fairies Wear Boots / Snowblind / Symptom Of The Universe / Sweet Leaf / War Pigs/ and the song that really started it all Black Sabbath! If you haven't heard any of those yet then you are in for a treat because they showcase Sabbath's true genius and prove that Iommi, Butler, and the oft overlooked Bill Ward were every bit the musical Titans that Page, Jones, and Bonham were! If you get the chance, Sarah definitely five Sabbath another listen, as well as Ozzy's solo stuff. Infact the new songs Ozzy has just released are right up there with his best. The latest is also with Tony Iommi on guitar. Worth a listen, for sure! Take care, Sarah, and catch you on the next one!😁🤘🤘

You chose two radically different songs there. In short, Sabbath were the best hard rock band of their generation. And all those since.
