I loved this reaction video immensely! ❤️ I too was in tears when I first heard this song. The message spoke to me in ways I have difficulty saying. I have dealt with so much trauma in my life. One day, about 3, almost 4 years ago, I had reached a breaking point. This song makes me think of how surviving that has brought me out the other side scars and all. Since then I have been fighting for my own story to be heard and I feel like Citizen Soldier is indeed speaking the things we can't always say. The message of this song hits me hard. Thank you Oz for sharing with us not only your reactions to their songs, but also providing a safe place for us to go to.

And sending hugs to anyone that wants/needs them!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗 ok short book starts here😆 this song..... the first time I heard this one I was almost in tears such a beautifully powerful song packed with emotion. The line that stands out to me is "Cause a heart of gold no it don't come cheap" I've found that to be true. Also when you were talking about you can't change the past it made me think of a line of poetry "what's done is done it's in the past but don't look back because life is fast." You can't focus on what's been done and mistakes made all you can do is move forward and try to do better. Ok book over😆 if you actually made it this far wow❤

I love my scars and i don't care anymore if people see them, i just can't take the judgemental comments i get from people. It brings me down and it makes me want to cover them up again. I am planning on getting full tattoo sleeves on both arms. Not only because it will cover them up more but i love having tattoos and I've always wanted them. The only tattoo i currently have is on my wrist and it says " Believe ; " with the semicolon. Even if i damaged the tattoo, it still means a lot to me. I got it when i was 17, i am 21 now and there was never a day i regretted getting it because i got this tattoo in my darkest time. Great video on this song. You explain everything so well and i can relate to a lot you are saying. Stay strong🧡
