Derby manager said if you want to win games you have to work hard .Says it all really. We are slow pedestrian at times .slow in awareness no real runners static time to change the tactics especially at home 1 up top isn't working we have to be more attacking if we want to win games and the intensity has to step right up .What's concerned me is week in week out there's no improvement
