After Mariah, this was off Recovery. Probably his first album where he started really diving into his “adult” stuff if you will. Love the way you lie, this track among others. Can’t be shady forever

I love this song and honestly I like songs like _Superman_ just as much. In songs like the latter Eminem is expressing himself and his feelings about women. He just does it in a *satirical* way. So Space Bound is rare form but he still communicates the same messages. Superman talks about his lack of trust too. It calls out gold digging females who say whatever they have to to get with him. It talks about the way he feels like women want him to rescue them. It calls out the women who lose all self respect and will go after a dude no matter how horrible they are treated. Em doesn't trust women. He had his mommy issues for one, the toxic and codependent relationship with Kim, and a bunch of women who don't want him they want the idea of him, the fame, and/or the money. *That man is always going to have issues with trust.* Space Bound he's describing all of that in a vulnerable and straightforward way. When you take his past with women into consideration *this song and a relationship like this is a big fucking deal.* Ayy I could write _books_ about the underlying messages in Em's music. It's just that deep. And my life and upbringing were similar(not as bad) and I can relate.

No, no phone searches. Huge believer in mutual trust & respect, and if I feel like I can't trust you, I'm gone cause without mutual trust all you have is mutual destruction. Never think about being cheating on, it never comes up, because I'm secure in myself and my partner. And if anyone ever had cheated on me it would be their loss. Also, if you're insecure and falsly accuse someone long enough of something, they usually are gonna become what you say they are. I'm very thankful I have mutual love and mutual trust in my relationship, 12 years strong and and it only gets better. Take advice from a gen ex'er, jealousy and insecurity will burn the heart out of love, it's only a matter of time so don't go down that road ❤

This song is about addiction bro. But it can be placed in a ton of situations that we all feel. Unfortunately I know addiction very well and it’s hard very hard. 6 years 10 months and some change clean n sober and ever second of every min is war with my insides. Been hard but I’m me because of it. I got hurt playing football for LSU I severed my right wrist cut all the ligaments and tendons with my main artery and lost the love of my life a couple of months before . So I took pain meds as far as one can became a full blown junky and it was all my fault. Big pill to swallow ya dig. I feel every single word in this song... but plus side I know what true love is and it comes in many forms mine was my family never abandoning me... so the answer to addiction LOVE AND GOD...
