this is my favorite song from the new ep - it has so much of fleshgod apocalypse in the music and it goes so perfectly with epica, the drums are so amazing and the song is great, everything about it

This song sounds like, if you were caught in the middle of a massive blizzard but you wanna walk so you go take a walk in it and you see piles of ice and snow in front of you but you cant go back or around so you have to walk it. And it just keeps stacking higher and higher till you fall into a freezing cold river. Where there diamonds wrap around your skin and you drift into the lake so far you wind up in outer space, where a beautiful being comes and takes you in the palm of her hands. She doesnt speak but she gives you Astronomy and makes you a moon solider for the Moon Goddess. AKA THIS IS THE THEME SONG FOR A CHARACTER I'VE BEEN CREATING AND I LOVE IT

@@thewindmillfullovcorpses I've never played that game a day in my life. An ex friend of mine tried getting me to, it was the most boring thing I ever witnessed in my life. But I definitely see your point!!! She's a character I created when my nephew asked about my nightmare before Christmas necklace *which has a crescent moon* so I had to give him a story. Now I'm bringing her to life. I have yet to name her.

I love the orchestra in this. Absolutely loved this!! I think you guys would absolutely love Dawn Of Ouroboros. Especially their song Sorrow's Eclipse. They are also a woman fronted band and have many blast beats. They are similar to this. But just better 😂 they are described as a progressive death metal and post black metal band, but I'd say they are not very death metal. More black metal and not really progressive I don't think. Unless I'm completely wrong lol but they are right up your alley. I know 100% you guys would love them! Sorrows eclipse is over 8 minutes long lol as I've said I don't much care for long songs like that, nor blast beats, but in this case, I'm SOLD!!

Yooooo I f***ing LOVE the DoO!! I found them when they only had Sorrow's Eclipse released but the whole album was amazing. Most unique post black release I heard. I think the progressive death label comes because unlike most post-black stuff, they are a lot more energetic than they are atmospheric, but yeah their sound is mainly black-ish. Unfortunately that means no reactions (until they release new stuff) but I'm so happy to know you dig that band! Vintersea is kinda similar. We actually found them through Vintersea. /Andrei
