This was the first video that they filmed in the same room since the pandemic started. It was so nice seeing them together again. 😁 I mentioned to you another time that "Do You Hear What I Hear" is my absolute favorite. I'm sad to hear it's getting blocked. You should watch it even if you can't react to it, because it is amazing.

This is a fun one! I’ve heard Christmas in LA and it’s good too. I love Do You Hear What I Hear. It’s so clever. Then Angels We Have Heard on High. So many. I love How Great Thou Art even though it’s not a Christmas song. If you love low harmonies try I Can’t Outrun You...it’s sad but so beautifully done. Thanks for your reaction!

One of the things Home Free was quoted as saying about this album is that they wanted it to be different, not just more versions of the same Christmas songs. So there are 5 originals, and several unusual covers. So far there are only 2 with proper videos - I'm sure there will be at least one or two more between now and Christmas. But there is a live version of Christmas in Dixie, which is sort of a cover - like Elvira, they are collaborating with the original artists, in this case Alabama - it's not the same as the album version but both are well worth listening to.

I'm not sure when Austin wrote it, but the album came out Nov 6th, and I'm sure it was written in the Summer so they could include it on the album. They have a Holiday Special that os premiereing streaming in about 30 minutes and will be up through Dec 5th. I believe they filmed this when they filmed that about a month ago now. Austin is quite a talented writer. He wrote When you walk in, Cross that bridge and Lonely Girls World which are all must react to by YOU L)

@@EchoesOfEmotionReact well Austin & Tim are the writers, but the beatboxer is also a capable arranger as is Chance the baritone who can do bass when needed. He was the Director of and producer of 3 videos I know of...Helplessly Hoping (a piece of art and a must listen - it's not country by the way), Can't Outrun You, and Cover me up, which is special one for him...u *HAVE* to watch all the way to the end. He's also the lead singer in the last two, like he was on Dive Bar Saints. Austin released a great song & video last week called "Earn it" on his youtube channel. Lieben -Töten These guys could sing a phonebook and it would make me smile - and so glad they can get back to doing videos together again - they play so well with earch other and seem to have way too much fun doing it...If you haven't seen their version to "Do You Hear What I Hear" - it's one of their older videos with Chris Rupp before he lef but it's excellent - the location was in an winter Ice Castle in MInnesota and about 28 degrees Farenheidt when they shot it - but it's a wonderful - jazzy rendition of an all time Christmas favorite....they're just so incredible with their arranging and vocal abilities, I just can't say enough abot them...sorry for the Blah-Blah-Blah but I could go on about them for a long time. @@EchoesOfEmotionReact Thanks so much for those kind words - I was taught at a very early age tat if you can only do one thing in life - that would be to be kind....My parents lived by that creed as well as their parents and I guess it kind of fell on me too!! I choose to respect and be kind to others regardless of the way they may treat me but it has always served me well. Just watching your reactions and the way you sprinkle your speech with grace and kindness but still reveals a person who I feel is very fun loving but level headed at the same time... I guess that's why I was drawn to your channel - My wife is the exact opposite but that's why we go well together - we both save each other from going over the edge - LOL - that with 5 adult children spread all over the world and 15 grandchildren makes life a fun adventure!!! Another older funny one is “Full of Cheer” with the original group founder, Chris Rupp (the one in Ring Of Fire with the cowboy hat). He left in May 2016 to pursue a solo career.

Austin co-wrote this one and I love it. Don't misunderstand - I love Christmas carols; I utterly despise the seasonal dreck like "I saw mommy kissing Santa Clause". This song is a breath of fresh air - the Santa Claus is perfect and Adam just wings out on his beatboxing. I love the weird, giggly thing he does at the end. The singing & harmonies, of course, are terrific.
