Carlos was fantastic, the best, unfortunately, we lost him in December, Carlos Marin was the heart and soul of Il Divo.

I've never seen a more accurate comment. U commented exactly what I was thinking. Don't get me wrong I predominantly listen to heavy metal but when I was younger I was brought up with this kinda music and this was also one of the songs at my grans funeral because she loved it so it will also have a place in my heart even as a metalhead

Thank you so much for your first Il Divo reaction! I hope you will also react to them performing Nights in White Satin, since virtually EVERYONE knows that song as well. This means the world to me... Oh, & btw, Carlos Marin is the one you said you liked most....and he's the one we suddenly lost to the Delta variant of COVID although vaccinated last December. Carlos had SUCH a gorgeous baritone voice, & he had this fabulous personality that can't be replaced. My daughter and I went to see them this last Saturday, & although Steven LaBrie has graciously stepped in for the year as they do a tribute tour in memory of Carlos, & has a terrific voice, it's just incredibly sad to try and adjust to the fact that Carlos's amazing voice has been silenced. Thanks again for this first reaction, & again, I hope you do Nights in White Satin as well. I had sent you the link to that performance as well. Have a great day!
