Well LATA MANGESHKAR was a living legend and one of the most respected female singers in India and even other parts of the world, Her career span almost 8 decades Well she started her career at age 13 and from there she created history in the Indian film industry, she sang more than 25000+ songs that too in different languages if you start listening to her songs which will take almost 1 month for you guys to complete the list of the songs sung by her. She started in the year 1942 and her last recorded song was in the year 2019. She completely ruled the Indian film industry and every producer of the film just wanted her to sing songs in their films. Somewhere in the 1980s, she refused to take awards in order to give chance for new singers to sing in films and motivate them. in 2004 there was a movie named VEER-ZARA one of the best films with music and storyline. At that time she was 76 and she gave her voice (playback) to an actress named Preity Zinta who was just 30 yrs old can't imagine she had such a great voice to deliver at 76 age. She was the one who bought a revolution in the Indian music industry and her legacy is been carried forward. She is the only singer to date who sang for actresses who belonged to 5 different generations.

This is one of the most unremarkable songs in her 7 decade long career, and she's also over 70 years old. Most of the melodious sweetness of her voice is no longer there due to age. The audio is always bad, very rare to find pristine audio recordings for these songs. The poor audio never does justice to her voice, and neither to the music. Also her voice was way beyond her prime in this song! This is one of her not-nice-voice songs.
