The other queens literally getting to choose that she not be even in the final 2 is way worse than this. She is now on everyone's lips good and bad, A power move like this will be looked back on more fondly as time goes by and as one of the most memorable gag worthy moments from the show. Definitely earned my respect as what other competition do the contestants go by an unwritten rule that the best players should be there in the finale? This format was implemented specifically for such wig snatching eliminations and THREE SEASONS IN is when one of the bitches pulls out her balls to show how huge they are. Not like Shangela at all. The rules for All Stars up to S4 was that if you were in the bottom (which she deserved to be that episode) you could be eliminated. It was unfair but everyone knew that was the deal. Shangela on the other hand was affected by a twist which had not ever been previously established in Drag Race, she did play her game according to those rules and probably would have played a much different season if she knew about the Jury in the Top 4. Manila was eliminated according to All Stars rules and what was objectively the best move for Naomis game, Shangela was eliminated because of a stupid twist that came out of nowhere and no one could have foreseen.

I don't actually blame Naomi or Monet for picking Manila's lipstick. Both of those girls knew that Manila was going to be in the top 2 and they had to do something strategic in order to give themselves a real shot at winning. This is just smart strategy. Tbh the "it's a competition, you need to get rid of strong opponents to win" argument is so bizzare to me. It's not just a money prize competition, it's basically a talent show, and that's why even when the queens are given tools to strategize (deciding the order in stand-up challenges or assigning make-over subjects), it doesn't really do much because it's not substantial enough to hurt a talented person. This was the first effective tool they were given, and the show's premise really suffered for it, and the drop in ratings reflected that. We want to see the best of the best duke it out, otherwise how can you call yourself worthy of the title, when you just got rid of everyone you know is more interesting and talented than you. To me, it's pretty boring, no matter who employs it.

Naomi ruined As4. Would have been alot better for Naomi to say it like Morgan did from day 1 I'm going to send the strongest packing. Instead letting us to believe she was playing like every1 else and eliminate the weakest.

As much as I fucking hate Naomi this episode but this is how you play the game! Naomi did it, she played strategy, Detox had an opportunity where she could have eliminated Alaska in AS2 but Naomi did her thing, Its for her good, yet I still hate that move hahshsshshsh
