All members of SB19 are rappers, singers, dancers, composers. Each of them wrote their own verse in this song. Kalakal is a true collaboration effort. This is what separates SB19 from other groups. They do everything themselves. Justin is their creative director incharge of their MVs. Stell and Ken did a lot of their earlier choreography. Pablo does most of the songwriting for the group so other members can weite their own songs for their solo projects. All of them have solo releases to showcase their own individual styles. This is what you call Filipino rap, the street style original Filipino rap, you can tell that's its kinda different from any other rap music, I don't know if I'm just bias coz I'm a Filipino, but to me, our type of rap is really poetic, heavy but light at the same time, I don't know, it gives off a lot of laid back but sensible Filipino character.

Gloc9 is a huge name in PH music. He’s a legend. The way Ken raps at the beginning is a lot more like his solo stuff as Felip! His solo music is a lot darker and grittier like that (it's shocking the 180 it is from SB19's stuff). Also, he's singing in a different language called Bisaya, not Tagalog! Everyone else is singing in Tagalog.
