Hey Johnny I just got back from Southwick and I only live a mile from the track me and all my Motocross buddies locals all our kids were racing since 1998 into the 2000s with Jimmy D, Robbie Marshall , Morrison Rando ect this was one of the best freaking races we've seen in a long time the 250 class stole the show but the 450s with sex and at the end was just unbelievable. I like I said we have been locals there since the mid-90s we are the guys that are always cheering and half the time there for our sons or friends. Love your show the wick is the shake-up track of the series. Southwick was a freaking awesome a freaking awesome race it delivered. And the amount of bikes that blew up on a cool day was still pretty high. Check it out 🤙

Stewart n the booth and ac n the field is perfection, the broadcasting side finally got it right now it’s up to them to hire ac ft and keep it that way ac was so much better and u can tell the riders were much happier and more eager to b interviewed by ac than by anyone else u could see they were having fun again talking to their buddy instead of just a guy with a microphone. There’s a big difference. Ac and Stewart full time all year needs to happen.

Yall are taking this " max was 6 seconds faster " way too seriously. It was a TEST day. Its 100% possible that max was 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 seconds faster. Deegan could have easily been going 65-70%, while max as the new guy was going 110% to show the team what hes about. Look at cooper webb. Hes slow at the test track. Gets smoked every day and has even admitted it. Then shows up on race day and is faster and better than those who smoked him a few days before at the test track.

Not saying that text holds any weight. he could have sent that text to himself from a different phone, or a texting app. But it's possible either way. Just as max being faster on a test day is a possibility. I just think folks took it wayyyyy too seriously. I commented on the original video, and my comment was along the lines of my first reply to you. I had some guy extremely butt hut about it. He came back to the video multiple days later on race day and was like ohh what happened to that 6 seconds from max ?. With that same logic, I can guarantee you, there's not a single person who thought chase sexton would EVER be 10 seconds a lap faster than jett. But guess what? He was at the wick.

Anybody notice deegans bike smoking at the end just like Tomacs does in his Beast Mode rides if that wasn't a carbon copy I don't know what is. Nobody has the grit grunt like deegan he smells the blood in the water when he looks ahead. These end of the races runs and lap times is like no other. If you didn't notice that duff wrote "adjust clutch" on the pit board and that explains the smoke coming from the vent tube and would also explain why he also rode slower at the end of the race cause the clutch was just reduced too plates.

You should also cover free riding to enlarge your audience. The stuff these guys are doing now is just crazy. Patrick Evans on that StarkVarg has taken the whip to crazy high levels. Raha, Axel, etc. Have large following and would bet most of your subs follow freeriding, stunt riding. The main reason to have points per moto rather than olympic scoring is so that riders won't sandbag the second moto (Jett at SMX). Olympic scoring also can discourage pushing for the win in moto 1, as 2-1 automatically gives you the overall anyways (2-2 automatically gives you at least 2nd as well). The points system as is in MX is perfect, what they really should do is get rid of overalls as a significant metric, and instead focus on moto wins/podiums.

Deegan is just exciting to watch. That whip-pass was total aggression. He was willing that bike down and pulling with everything he had to get there. He's willing to risk everything for the win. He wrecks, he's back up and on the bike as fast as he can. He's not laying there and wiping the dirt off, he does that after the race. Its a lost mindset on today's generations. He's win at all costs. There are no participation trophies in this sport and 2nd place is first loser. You do what it takes to win and if it hurts feelings along the way then that's on the loser to figure out. He's a badass. His interviews might be cringe, but he's always being interviewed when his adrenaline is at 100. They don't interview the losers. Get used to seeing his face for the next several years. He's different.

AC is going to take JT’s job in the near future, I can’t believe how great he did. Even if Jett laid up I can’t imagine how great that felt for chase and we very well could see a new Sexton, wouldn’t hold my breath but still that’s gotta be huge. Deegan is a monster, barring injuries and DNF I don’t see anyone stepping up and that ride in the sandbox was a statement. If he stays on this trajectory and snags a 250 sx title I think we could see him with the big boys next summer. I DEFINITELY don’t think he should but you can’t rule it out if everything keeps goes according to plan. (Ftr I like deegan but I’m not one of the unrealistic fans, I fully believe he should stay on the 250 for at least another year)

Sextons 1st motos would be his reality if Hunter wasn’t a rookie/in better shape and Jett wasn’t hurt. Sexton gets blown away 1st moto and can only beat them 2nd moto for the reasons I listed. It’s happened 3 times now and can’t be a coincidence.

I think Jett probably could have stayed with Chase and maybe beat him but he knew he didn’t need to beat Chase to get the overall so just let him go. Also think his shoulder may have started bothering him. Them shoulder issues can feel fine for a little bit but on a track like that can definitely have it flare up. Maybe sexton was just better though. As for deegan, I wouldn’t say Vialle pressured deegan into that moto 2 crash. It was early in the moto and haiden was running the same pace he would have whether someone was on him or not, he just got caught by that deep sand. Vialles crash was 100% because of pressure. People have got to stop with this “pressure” crap just because a guy is 1-2 seconds behind a guy. That doesn’t mean there’s any pressure or that the guy in front is riding harder than he would any other time. Either way, Haiden is just putting on an absolute clinic right now and these guys just don’t know what they have to do to beat him.

The comment about Jett not having his legs under him in the first part of the race is because he wasn't using his Drugs to Enhance his Focus on the starting line like he did all through Supercross. they banned Bubba for using Ritilin if memory serves me, so smelling salts used as a Drug should be banned also Not trying to take anything away from him he's so talented even on such a brutal track like Southwick he still wins. but all Drugs need banned, but he's the Golden Boy so pretty sure they will ignore it, Awesome race the 250 class is the most exciting😁

Lol all week ,they were there for 2 days straight after high point ,last week he was riding at the bennick compound with Chad Reed and also his normal riding at the goat farm ,but hey keeping making excuse why he's winning ,I like a good laugh
