What? You missed the Flying Dutchman arc where he trapped Spongebob, Patrick and Squidward on his ship, and he fought against all three at once? That shit was epic! When Spongebob punched the Dutchman so hard, that his brain damaged and he turned into a vegan pacifist forever, that was one of the best moments in the anime. :D

Nickelodeon only owns characters, but this I believe counts as Parody, and visuals and music is owned by their respective creators who worked on the project. So no - unless Narmak copyright claim them - they should be ok. But I don't think he would, considering it brings awareness to his channel.
