For those still watching this, there is something interesting you might want to know. The whole, "10 and 2" thing has gone out of fashion (at least where I lived when I learned how to drive). If you get into an accident and your airbag deploys, and your hands are at 10 and 2, your hand are going to be shoved right into your face. So instead, I was told you should hold the steering wheel by the bottom, so that an airbag deploying will just push your hands into your lap.
