@@dakariwilliams4984 bro even if that didn't happen the total points his offense would have scored is pathetic. 13 points doesn't cut it The problem was SF is good at stopping the run. Aaron didnt have to do as much as QBs like Brady this year because he had such a great D and run game. As soon as the 49ers took away the run, it was time for Rodgers to step it up against a bad 49ers secondary. He didn't at all. Like I said, even if he got them to 13 points, that is trash. You don't win many games in the NFL scoring only 13 points And he blew that 3rd down the last time he had the ball when he threw to Adams when adams was in double coverage and not even close to being open. @@andref9663 I guess I'm thinking of the last SF title game when they let Mostert set rushing records. And the Atlanta blow out, and the stupid mistakes against Seattle that let them back in the game. You're right they had been a bright spot early in the Seattle game, but that stupid lay down near midfield with 5 minutes left, and the prayer ball 2 pt pass that Wilson heaved were pretty terrible. Not to mention the bomb that ended the game in OT.
@QuestionEverything562
@QuestionEverything562 2 жыл бұрын
@Call Me, BLEGH Me, If You Wanna Reach Me You are one of those stats dudes falling for Rodgers' greatest trick and illusion, his efficient completion percentage. If you really watched all his throws after the first drive, or just listened to Collin here, you would have come to the realization that Rodgers played like a conservative coward out there. He only took one deep chance at the end to DeVante Adams, he never trusted anybody outside of Adams or Jones. He only threw short passes for easy completions that mostly got nowhere. He never threw a single great pass in that game. Many of his completions were actually pretty low to the ground. Completion percentage is such a misleading stat nowadays because it's easy for QBs to make short, little, safe, outlet passes to RBs. Look at Big Ben last year or this year, his completion percentage was 65%, but do you think he actually was throwing the ball like he used to or actually effectively moving the ball for that offense? Collin nailed it on the head, Rodgers is too aware of his own efficiency, he plays to avoid making mistakes, rather than playing to win the game by taking actual risks. Fraudgers looked like he was content sitting on a seven point lead for the whole game until the 49ers tied it lol.

A rested team with home field advantage, bad weather, and a stadium filled with Packers' faithful were let-down by a pathetic performance by Rogers. Other receivers were open but Rodgers only likes to throw hero balls or no balls at all. He simply doesn't like or have the patience to dink & dunk to come up with a methodical drive. It was ground zero when the game was tied at more than 4 minutes to score either a TD or FG to win or make them sweat but when season was on the line he came up short.

Rodgers only super bowl is thanks to facing a bad backup in the 2010 NFCCG. Payton failed for like 5 years at the beginning of his career, Aaron has failed for more then a decade. He is matt Stafford with a smidgen more talent.

Packer fans, take a deep breath...emotions are high right now and the disappointment is no doubt very deep. Like Coward who is a guy who sometimes lets his emotions define his opinions, he makes ARod the target in a game where the special teams lost this game. That Niner D is legit. It is very tough to throw vs defenses that can pressure with 4 and drop 7 in coverage. If That block punt doesn’t happen then Coward is praising ARod rn for his smart safe play in a tough weather game. Coward is a media dude who is happy he gets to now take easy shots at ARod and make him the target. Qbs like ARod need to carry their teams indeed, but this game was lost on 2 plays that cost major points in a low point game. Be careful when u listen to voices like Coward who likes to sound smart and well thought out when it really is an emotional reaction by him as well

Brady's top 3 receivers his last decade in New England were Edelman, Hogan, and Amendola. None of those guys would be main options on any other team in the league let alone a contender. And Gronk was injured for half the playoff runs of the 2010s. Rodgers literally has the very best receiver in the league, if you are supposed to be great, just get it done.

Rodgers has been a diva since the start. The very first thing he said in his NFL career was a slight at the 49ers and I think its safe to say the 49ers got the best of him. Aaron is 0-4 against the 49ers in the playoffs and 2 of them were blowouts. He always talks above people, treats his teammates/coaches like they are his employees. He is arguably the most talented pure passer the game has ever seen, but his attitude is going to affect his legacy immensely. If he doesn't get one more superbowl win before he retires he will not be looked at as a top 5 QB of all time due to his lack of success in the playoffs

Playoffs are overrated. Everyone knows the season is where it's at. I usually stop watching NFL last week of the season and skip all the drama. NFL should take a page from NCAA football playbook and do a series of bowl games instead. If anything. I mean, it would be even better to just end the season at the actual end of the season. "post season" sounds like a subpar sequel to a great movie that no one asked for.

It didnt matter to you, you would have thrown 15 interceptions, most people try to check it down eventually, lets get out of here safe, whatever. You (Favre) always thought you were gonna win the game didnt ya?" Favre responded : My coach told me he might have to take me out, so Favre looks him square in the face "If I throw 2 more ill break a record"
