I just want to say, people react to hervand dislike her for more than the "one lie" regarding the tummy tuck she admits to. There are SO MANY lies. Her size 18 at every weight, how much she works out, what she eats, she exposes her own lies all the time. She literally says one thing in one video and another in the next.

At her age how can someone use the excuse that they gained weight and stress ate because of comments she received?!?! That is insane. If someone ever said anything negative about me it would never "force" me to eat more and eat poor quality foods. She is a child and so immature. She is extremely overweight and is searching for any reason she can blame everyone else except pointing her finger at herself.

The videos that we watch earlier with her roommate & her when she was going out of the house for hikes & kayaking & exercising on the bike he was more interested in her when she was taking care of herself but soon realised she had no motivation in anything! That’s so unattractive that you don’t care about your health or improving your education then not caring about the way you dress that would you be depending on one person to make you happy about your life! I don’t understand why she would continue to get surgery when in her case it’s only temporary because she really doesn’t want it for herself! Alex is constantly lying to others & herself how could you trust her in a relationship as a friend or in relationship when she clearly shows who she is within a short period of time which is a narcissist who doesn’t have friends or take a accountability for her own actions because it’s everyone else’s fault because of course Alex loves to clam she the victim in her life! i will tell you why people like Alex Griffin make me angry: they lie and do things wrong and SWAY people to do weightloss WRONG and when i call them out they scream mental health! Her and 4 other people i watched in the beginning of my weightloss journey were clearly lying when i realized i surpassed them month per month. What stress? I lost my weight at 50, preparing for a divorce, gathering my finances, working, pandemic and lockdown AND I only told 2 people about my journey because i didnt want to make announcements until it was all final including my weightloss. I managed to silently inspire 6 people around me to lose weight through my results not my words - and all the liars i subscribed to seemed to gain what i lost even my liar ass customers gained. . THEY dont give ANY program 60-90 days to reset their body. they just jump trend to trend hoping they wake up thin. i hate them bc im sure there are people out there hitch hiking on their failure. . Just wait til you are 40-50 Alex. 🖕🏽 . Life is hard. I think most of it is not ‘fun’ Of course i wanna sit around and eat boxed chocos but real life is not fun: life, death, difficult but necessary decisions, breakups, illness, work, working out, chores, hrlping friends and family and guiding employees, pets and the maintenance of life. It aint a Disney ending ALEX… but living an honest life allows u peace of mind and calm - u cow 😂

One more comment- the intuitive eating ….. NOT a good idea for someone like her. I follow a big influencer- Stephanie Buttermore- she did it- and for her… she’s a professional fitness model & all that…. So she spends a lot of time working out, and does that whole thing the right way. In my opinion that method wouldn’t work for most people. Especially her- she has an addiction!! It would be like a heroin addict saying they’re doing “intuitive using”…. Doesn’t work

In my opinion I think that Yar isn’t hardly ever in the videos anymore because of all of the bad things said to him and about him because of him being with her and in the vids. I'm starting to wonder if she had her GB reversed 🤔 if you think about it, Alex does not stick with anything that is challenging. She had her sleeve removed, gave up on her cosmetology career, rehomed countless pets, ended friendships, quit her Pelaton/working out, stopped WW... the list can go on and on.
