I did not expect different version of the characters to be in the fight. I never wanted Trunks Vs Silver because it seems a bit one-sided to me if they were to used Silver from the games and Trunks is a Dragon Balls Character so yeah..... And the fact there isn't any others match-up for Trunks other than Silver (At since from what I know) I forgot about the Archie Comics version of Silver. Now I´m interest of this match-up. (Also is this the first time they are using different alternative version of both combatants?) Correct me if I´m wrong.

It's funny you mentioned Vegeta vs Shadow, cause if their research was as good back then as it is now, Vegeta actually would have lost. The arguments for universal super forms (which they buy as of Ryuko vs Shadow) all came from Sonic 06, but no one in DB was a universe buster until Super, which wouldn't be out for years. But as for the next time itself, it has me pretty interested too. Not only do we get to see some more scaling arguments for Archie, but with a new version of Dragon Ball to use, we'll get some different stats instead of the same Universe punch we've seen 4 times already. Plus, the next time after that will probably wind up being a completely unteased match. I won't lie, even with Halloween on the horizon, I'm also pretty curious if they're doing a Rooster Teeth matchup, and who they'll wind up using.

I haven't heard that they buy Universal Super Forms. What gave you that impression? The most they put Shadow at was somewhere above planet-busting, and the only thing they have in that episode that could imply any scaling to Solaris was a black box that stated that since Super Shadow could resist reality manipulation from Solaris, it could resist similar stuff from Kill la Kill IF. And that's even assuming Death Battle buys the idea that Solaris is universal, which they've already discounted in Mario VS Sonic considering his threat to the universe as a unique interaction with his powers and the current circumstances, similar to Time Eater. I'm not saying I myself disagree with universal Super Forms, but it seemed clear to me that Death Battle does.

Considering how on the nose their Hercules foreshadowing was, I wouldn't have been surprised if that was the next time, or winds up being the one after. Yeah it’s way better. But I believe Archie wins this one personally. All the Hax that Xeno characters have are something that chaos masters can do pretty easily and it’s easier to scale them to higher levels like low complex where Xeno needs a bit more mental work to get them to low complex. But it should be close. Plus the chaos force is way better than the key sword.

To be honest, I'm getting a little tired of these Marvel vs. DC fights - 26 matches between the two, and with this result we 're back to a tie. I never heard of both fighters, but it was a good battle. Now for next time: please, don't be fool by the matchup and think Trunks will win easily, Archie Silver might be one of the strongest characters of the entire franchise and his abilities can give the hybrid Saiyan a run for his money. Apocalypse has had some really good showings though and he has defeated people on adams level the problem with apocalypse is he’s a victim of PIS- plot induced stupidity writers do him dirty a lot unfortunately but when they do write him correctly he is a top notch villain
