I love deftones, while I don't think they are *bad* but I always find myself skipping Adrenaline and Gore, although there a few songs on Gore that I *love*, most I do not, and I tend to listen to albums at a time rather than just songs, so I still tend to skip it.

when i first heard this song (i was relatively new to the band atp) i thought it was chino doing the screaming feature and i was the most blown away i have ever been by anything i eve heard and he was automatically one of the greatest vocalists in my mind for being able to pull that off. immediately i found out who actually did it but was definitely in love with this band and deftones is still my top 3

Don't feel bad. I thought it was about a bunch of people going camping bringing Swiss Army Knives with them or something. Also the drums are nuts. That part with the lady screaming for eternity that rhythm on the ride cymbal alone is crazy. Like if you removed everything else and just had the drum track it wouldn't sound quite rock/metal but close. It wouldn't sound jazzy or bluesy but close. It wouldn't sound funky but close. I don't know what exact style he was playing there but it sounds friggin awesome!
