T in the Park, started at Strathclyde Park in Motherwell Scotland in 1994 and quickly grew to become one of the biggest and best festivals in Europe. So big in fact, they had to move it to a bigger venue in the middle of the Scottish countryside. Most major acts touring Europe have played it. Franz Ferdinand are a Scottish band and were always excellent live

I remember the first one , we literally decided the night before to go and got tickets on the day in Dundee 😊 I went to the first 5 then stopped

Katie is Scottish, going by 'fit like' that is a Scottish Doric greeting from Aberdeenshire, so a terrible Scottish accent is required rather than a terrible English accent lol! Also Franz Ferdinand are a Scottish band and T in the Park was a Scottish music festival.

Never forget my 1st day at work when I moved to Aberdeen when they were KP said fit like where do you bide. As a Glaswegian I had to roast him. 😁

I remember the audience singing along with all the bands. Even with the adverts between the bands 🤣 great festival.

Seeing them performing live just reminds me of when I was SUPPOSED to see them (w/Green Day) in 2009, but my husband of 13 years abruptly announced he was divorcing me only a month before, and the tickets, hotel, etc was all in his name. So he took a friend and I missed out. Same thing two months after that, with tix and hotel in Dallas for U2…only to have him take his new girlfriend on the concert trip we’d organized together. I see this and it’s a glimpse into what I missed out on, dammit! I’d at least seen Green Day once before, Lollapalooza ‘94, but never got to see FF or U2.

Why the English accent when the band is Scottish

Can you please do a reaction to the gap band outstanding
@BigSlinky7Ай бұрын
You couldn't be more inaccurate than doing a God awful cockney accent to introduce a Scottish person's request to hear a Scottish band perform at a Scottish music festival. I appreciate that you're more than likely ignorant of your mistake but that's on you and something you can rectify. Don't want to be a comedown but there is more than one accent in the UK, we all don't sound like Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins.

Cardinal sin committed...doing an English accent for a Scottish band, playing to a predominantly Scottish crowd in Scotland! WE ARE NOT ENGLISH FFS! You've just pissed off every Scottish person that watches this.

Bit frustrating critiquing music when you stop as the music starts... to comment on people on shoulders?.. ...at least get into it before you pause it.
