I am so excited to see another Gfriend reaction video from you today. You are right about Gfriend's dance practice video. It's always been a secret pleasure of mine to watch them, and I can't never get enough of them. Following "Glass Bead", "Me Gustas Tu" from Gfriend cemented their reputation as synchronization queen for their choreo. It also imprinted their "Powerful Innocence" concept in the kpop industry. The first two MVs probably best represents Gfriend's innocent and energetic image in the heart of the fans as they resembled so much their true personalities in life. And yes,it is Yuju who belted the unforgettable high notes in both "Glass Bead" and "Me Gustas Tu" as one of the most talented vocalist from the 3rd gen. Really looking forward to your reaction to "Rough", the final chapter of Gfriend's school trilogy.

Like most GFriend songs, Me gustas tu has a different korean title. It's the first part of the chorus (oneul boto ureneun *probably wrong spelling but yeah, that's how it sounds to me) which translates to "Starting from today, us"

The sweet-cute but energetic dances of the girls from GFriend are called - Powerful Innocence. I think you can hardly count how many times during the choreography they changed formation (this is one of the main features GFriend choreographies) and still did not lose synchronization. Another distinctive feature GFriend choreographies is lining up and diagonal. The song became widely known in Korea and turned into a kind of anthem - the construction of a new beginning. It is also considered good form for aspiring Idols to start learning dancing by learning the choreography of this song. For most songs of GFriend, there are choreographed versions of MV - ONLY choreography in the costumes and sets of the original MV, with zooms in on the main moments. P.S. for the School Trilogy there is a mashup of three title songs with which GFriend performed at the Dream Concert.

Since you liked the dance practices of GFriend, I’ll tell you a secret. They did two (or more) comeback choreographies. So in the first mini-album, in addition to Glass Bead, the song - White (in the sense of Pure Mind) has choreography (and even official dance practice). The second mini-album (first comeback), in addition to Me Gustas Tu, has choreography for the song - One. And their third mini-album, besides Rough, has choreography for song - Luv Star.

I share your love of a GFriend dance practice as I never get tired of watching them. The graceful formations they create which flow from one to another so smoothly and effortlessly, combined with their awesome synchronisation, make them so satisfying to watch. Everyone in Korea knows this song and it is a timeless Kpop classic which spent over a year in the charts. Looking forward to your next reaction. Hopefully you will watch a guide after that to learn more about the members. A Guide to GFriend 2020 and a subpar Guide to GFriend are the best ones in my opinion.

Some fun facts related to gfriend's me gustas tu: - it was their 1st comeback and if the song didn't perform well, they would've been disbanded - me gustas tu became the first ever idol group song to surpass 100m streams in south korea - the song also become the longest charting idol group song on Melon chart after surpassing BIG BANG's record - the song became a national anthem and was broadcasted by the government across the border between North and South Korea using walls of loudspeakers to reduce the tension between the two countries and extends an invitation to the North to become closer, or to work toward peace together.

You were so caught up in the melody of the chorus that you basically missed - EVERYTHING. Therefore, a few facts. Translated from Korean, the song is called - From today We Are (from today we can talk about us as a single whole). Me Gustas Tu from Spanish - I Like You. Like most GFriend songs, the lyrics can be seen as both friendship and love relationships. The theme of the video is summer vacation of school girlfriends: with various games, ice cream, watermelon, scary stories and more. Yuju has a protective bondage on her knee - because she does the splits on this knee at the beginning of the choreography. She also take both high notes in this song (she is the main vocal in the group), she also doing Pole Dance in Mago. PS in 2018 (about 3 years later), a Japanese version of the MV was released with a completely different video sequence.

at Idle's first works were good - Hann, Latata, Senorita. And then they slipped, first into pathos - Oh my god, Lion and Hwaa and after to hype - Nude. Except that Tomboy and Queencard turned out quite well. But Superlady and Wife - you need to force yourself to listen to the end at least once.
