Austin did a great job on this song and Adam did a great job on beatboxing on this song. The harmonies are great. I can hear Tim's low bass voice. Home Free is my favorite group. 😊❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is simply excellent again!! I have been a fan of the Doobie Brothers for a long time. This song is just timeless. It still swings. Really something for Home Free. So great sung, so great harmonies, bone-feeling bass, But for me it's Adam who makes it truly phenomenal. He nailed it. The vocal percussion is just inhumane. So unbelievably good. For me the very best beatboxer/vocal percussionist/mouth artist there is.

They don't do covers - they do up-grades. Their singing, harmonies & Adam's crazy beatboxing are always terrific. By the way, three of them are songwriters, so there are lots of originals as well as covers. Tim's originals include "Champagne Taste", "What's Left of my Heart" & "Remember This"; Austin's include: "Love me Like That", "California Country" & "Stargazer Trilogy"; Chance's "Skull & Bones".

It’s easy to forget it’s a cappella with Adam (beatboxer)! He was amazing and they did a great job with this song. Love Home Free. Good one!

I think you'd enjoy the live version of Home Free's viral Sea Shanty Medley that they released last September. It was recorded in December in Mankato Minnesota, Adam Rupp's home town. I never thought I'd say that an a'cappella group can make a bunch of really old maritime folk songs rock the house, but by now you shouldn't be surprised.

You might like Home Free ‘s collaborations with Don McLean American Pie Vincent Home Free just announced Austin ( lead singer ) is leaving in July and Adam Bastien will be stepping into his place. They announced Austin’s leaving awhile ago but we just got the confirmation to when he is

Oh wow. That's going to be quite a change to get used to. I have their video for American Pie in my watch queue, but I didn't know they did Vincent as well. I'm definitely going to have to look that one up.

You're going to love them both! ❤🎶👍 They absolutely killed *American Pie* and won a few awards for that one! That being said, I don't think anything could top *Vincent* for sheer beauty & the stunning video concept.

@NavyDoc5184Reacts I don't think Vincent is that different than the original. Don McLean has his guitar and in the lead singer. HomeFree adds nice background and take over in just a few lines, maybe where Don's voice is no longer the greatest. They didn't rework it. Just feels like Don is putting this song in good hands going forward into the future.

I grew up on classic rock & am a big fan of the Doobie Brothers & had their albums. "Listen To The Music" was a big hit for them back in 1972. Love that Home Free is keeping this great music alive & introducing it to the younger generation. The guys did a really nice job of this song. Austin was great for the lead & loved the background harmonies of Rob, Chance & Tim. Adam killed it on the vocal percussion again. He always comes up with some new & interesting sounds.

I have both this version and the Doobie Bros. on my play list and when the list is playing in the background and I'm not paying attention to it I have to stop and ask myself who is singing this thime. I love both as well I get that same feeling from both, just great music!
