They were also honoured in 2006 at the VH1 awards and they had all the original members on stage. They finished the 3 song set with their best song in my opinion - the Green Manalishi. If you thought this was good, they blew the top off the joint with their last appearance before this. The crowd went nuts. If Wolf Hunterz covered that, I'd be over the moon.

I often go back to my videos from 2018 of Breaking The Law/ Living After Midnight when I seen them in Biloxi...was a fabulous show. Rob still hitting those high notes. Still kicking myself though for not paying the 5 dollars to get photos sitting on that badass looking Harley they had on display that he rode out on stage.

It was a great performance. Dolly Parton was inducted that night as well. At the end of her set she sang “Jolene”. Rob Halford and several other artists from that night sang with her. Was very fun to see lol.

A long overdue honor for one of the iconic groups, not just of heavy metal, but the Rock era. I saw Judas Priest in St. Louis during 1984, Great show!
