THANK YOU for recognizing the storyline in "Cool With You." I thought it was pretty obvious, but I've seen so many reactors get it wrong, it was so frustrating. Your reactions are the best!!!

If we pay attention to why "get up" sounds at the beginning of the right side of the earphone, it is because it is telling you to follow the song, basically its like looking for where the music is coming from, and that is reflected when the actress in the credits walks to the end of the hallway but when the music of new jeans sounds on the right side of the earphone, the actress also hears that and decides to follow the music, in the scene it is clearly seen that she turns to the right following the song, and when she meets the source of the sound, that is new jeans, that is when we hear the song completely from both earphones.... yeah, it's awesome how they play with all our senses in the new jeans MVs hahaha 🤭

As much as I liked the "Super Shy" music video for its vibes, after watching the dance practice, I honestly feel like the music video didn't do the choreo justice. The MV made it feel more like a chaotic flash mob, but the dance practice reveals just how intricate and rehearsed all the group work is. That amazing "you don't even know my name, do you?" formation is not featured in the video at all, and that feels criminal. I think it's the coolest choreo I've ever seen from a K-pop girl group.

a theory say that NewJeans is Guardian angels in ETA,they can send messages to Eva through the phone ,their initial purpose is just save her from that cheater but EVA has free will to make decisions. For Cool with you mv, other than the modern interpretation of Eros and Psyche, this mv kinda remind me of the idol life. They sing about love and many of their music help others fall in love, but they cannot fall in love themselves due to contract and fan culture. If they want love, they often have to give up their status as idol like how Hoyeon gave up her role as diety to be with her Psyche.

The girls as the muses was just a dream come true. They look so beautiful and ethereal. Also Tony Leung is a mesmerizing, living legend. His presence is immense despite his brief screen time. He is in a lot of seriously gorgeous HK art house films, as well as some outside of the genre.

I've been especially impressed (again) with Hyein's singing and dancing in all these new songs/MVs. The girl's a star, and deserves more love from the fans.

I think ETA MV also signifies a viewpoint in psychology that our individual behaviour is affected by group behaviour, that’s why while the girl was driving her to see her cheating boyfriend she was seeing NJ girls in other cars/ as patrol station staff and road police officers

now that you pointed out the shirt peeking from the boot of the car. it seems like eva failed to arrive = she didn't listen to her friends aka newjeans and followed her boyfriend to get rid of him for good. newjeans was still dancing at the party deep into the night because they were waiting for her, eva, the entire time. when newjeans appears driving beside eva, as mechanics, etc. is eva thinking about what they would tell her to do to get her to stop trying to chase after mikel. the ending where minji and hanni disappear is confirmation that eva ignored newjeans warning, never told them her eta, because she was never coming to them like they begged her to, and ended mikel and maria's lives in revenge. very haunting. on the surface especially because of the beat it seems like a happy song but listening to the lyrics where newjeans question for eva's eta is never answered makes it turn dark instead.

i think in get up she saw the new jeans again because she returned to being a goddess. while she was a human, new jeans are not in the frame. on side a, they can see each other but once she became a human on side b, they turned “invisible”. that look between njs and joyeon on get up confirmed her fate

Thanks for your reaction. For me, ETA MV was a big mistake. The MV seemed to show the main character running her car into the cheating boyfriend and the other girl he was cheating with. Then you see his shirt protruding from the back trunk of her car. This is just a very inappropriate message. Yes, the boyfriend is a total creep for cheating, but that does NOT excuse violence (especially the murder). If it were reversed, and it was the girlfriend cheating on the boyfriend, would it have been acceptable to show the boyfriend running his car into the girlfriend and implying that he killed her? It isn't acceptable in either instance. For me, Hybe ruined a catchy song with a very inappropriate MV.
