Great request from George! Loved the reaction, of course. That performance is from the pay-per-view New Year’s Eve concert Prince did in 1999 (into 2000) at Paisley Park. 💜💜💜

Yes, it was and I was in the audience for that. Some the most awesome musical moments ever happened at Paisley Park prior to social media and camera phones where the only way you knew it happened was if you were there to witness it happen. In those moments Prince would play shhh you never heard before and it was brilliant.

Yes Prince and Lenny Kravitz have been friends for years !! Prince was one of Lenny's inspirations and role models as he was younger. You know, Prince made his first album in 1978. I absolutely love Prince's videos , but his play live performances are just something amazing to behold. You guys are definitely just getting started down that amazing rabbit hole called PRINCE.

This is another great live performance it's from 2004 from his Musicology tour .... DMSR ( dance music sex romance ). This is from the album 1999 which was released in 1982 I believe .... This is my absolute favorite Prince album ... But the live performance 2004 is awesome !!!

Kinda sounds like Larry Graham (on bass) making the announcement. This is from Prince's new years eve 'Rave..' concert, in 1999. The concert DVD is avail with album. Excellent show! These 2 are fire together
